Need some help

The hotel is over not to bad .. breakfast has a mix of waffels fruit eggs bagels muffins cereal sausages .. the hotel also offers coffee tea all day long .. the room it self isn’t that bad .. the room was clean .. nice shower has lots of pressure ..now the mattress in the room needs to be replaced .. the plugs in the room also need to be replaced .. our phone chargers kept falling out .. the pillows also need some help ..

Friendly staff. Not regular housekeeping services and the pool room was too cold to swim. Also havent received credits for change in the dates of our stay. We had originally booked for the 6-11 and switched to 5-10. So we overpaid by a night.

Got the basics right. Decent budget option.

The hotel is a quick and easy drive away from the Niagara Falls, making it a common choice for many travelers and tourists alike. While the rooms, facilities and ambience is average - the staff is attentive and definitely ensured solving some of the electrical, phone/intercom and other room issues we saw at the time of checkin. Can definitely recommend for budget travelers. Don’t expect a lot from breakfast, but they covered basics typical American fare although low on vegetarian options.

I really enjoyed my stay, the pool was big and warm. The arcade area was fun, my daughters really enjoyed it and they were cheap to play. The breakfast was not my favorite, but overall I enjoyed my stay, I will definitely book again.
