Friendly staff. Not regular housekeeping services and the pool room was too cold to swim. Also havent received credits for change in the dates of our stay. We had originally booked for the 6-11 and switched to 5-10. So we overpaid by a night.

Got the basics right. Decent budget option.
The hotel is a quick and easy drive away from the Niagara Falls, making it a common choice for many travelers and tourists alike. While the rooms, facilities and ambience is average - the staff is attentive and definitely ensured solving some of the electrical, phone/intercom and other room issues we saw at the time of checkin. Can definitely recommend for budget travelers. Don’t expect a lot from breakfast, but they covered basics typical American fare although low on vegetarian options.

I really enjoyed my stay, the pool was big and warm. The arcade area was fun, my daughters really enjoyed it and they were cheap to play. The breakfast was not my favorite, but overall I enjoyed my stay, I will definitely book again.

Great place to stay in the Falls
It looks small from the front but the hotel has a lot going for it. Clean cozy rooms, great breakfast, a heated pool that is warm! I'm definitely staying again.

It was a good stay. Hotel rooms have been upgraded but still dated. First time staying in hotel room with no clock in room. Said they removed all their clocks & bibles from rooms because children were damaging them. Sounds odd.

Our stay went well overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is near everything you’d want while staying in Niagara Falls, NY. The price was right as well. The breakfast was very decent for free. Our only suggestion to the hotel would be to update the beds. The comforters were too thin and not warm enough and the pillows were not comfortable. Other than that, we’d recommend staying here.

Our bathroom smelling horribly of cigarette smoke as did the carpet. Found 3 small bugs today when leaving (wonderful) front desk staff said it was fruit flies..... I dont think so. Breakfast was ok, breakfast potatos were not cooked. Pool area was nice and beds were decent for sleeping. Overall not impressed, will not be returning.
