It’s super convenient to keep a 13 year old busy for a few days with lots of exciting things to do. My son and I had a blast. However expect to spend some money to do so. We spent 5 days and nights and never stopped.

The room was spacious. There is a kitchenette with a full size fridge, but the sound insulation was horrible. Even though the property has quiet hours from 11pm-7am, the other people staying at the place don’t respect it. There were people screaming and talking loudly from 1:30am till past 3am. It sounded like people having sex at the stairway. Property management was notified at 3 about the noise complaint, but the issue didn’t resolve. The water temperature for shower was just lukewarm even if you let it run for longer, it doesn’t heat up.

great location. Nice and new and clean. Too bad that there is no pool or gym, but would still book again. This "Loft" style is amazing compared to a standard hotel style! Great idea and great job!! Will definitely book again!

Overall nice property, rooms are large, airy and clean/comfortable. One issue we had on our most recent stay was noise - the unit above ours was hosting a party, and there must've been at least 15 people in there. From 9pm onwards (noise restrictions start at 9pm in Niagara Falls) it was loud, stomping, screams/yelps/laughs, etc. Even after two complaints to the hotel staff on duty (and two warnings to the occupants), it was still well past midnight before the noise died down (not because the occupants agreed to - they simply went out on their planned party to the casino. We were 8 in our unit, including 4 children who had a hard time falling asleep because of the noise. The second time I went to complain to the staff, another guest was there with a similar complaint. Property management really needs to implement a far stricter policy about noise disturbance, and we won't be going back unless they do. If people want to party, point them in the direction of the nearby HoJo or any of the other cheap motels that won't care. Apart from this, its generally always been a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Didn't feel like we were in a hotel. The room was big (600 sq feet), and the full-size fridge and cooktop option was great for morning breakfast. Close to Clifton Hill (5 minute walk to top of the hill) and to the Falls (15 minute walk).

Excellent place and great efficient staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will most definitely stay here again. The young evening gentleman came outside to open the door for my husband who has a walker. I love the loft so spacious and everything was available in the rooms microwave, hot plate, full fridge and excellent walk in accessible shower…see you again real soon

The only observation I have is that the cost of parking is not mentioned in the offer, for two days I paid 45 dollars. Although it is never indicated that it is free, I have no doubt that by not mentioning it, many people like me do not take it into account when doing their price analysis.
