Well kept & convenient location, but old. Any criticism is of Hotels.com for lack of sufficient information at the time of booking. The hotel owners & staff were friendly & courteous; making the best of an old, tired facility.

While this is an older property it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always available. It was an easy 20 minutes to Niagara Falls or Niagara on the Lake. There were plenty of wineries nearby. We would stay there again.

Fantastic motel when you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to spend the evening and/or morning relaxing after a day’s activities in the area. SPOTLESS room, older furniture but all in perfect condition, all standard motel conveniences. Big windows that open easily, relatively quiet heat/AC system and fridge. Lovely bathtub and shower head! Very close the QEW. No desk, but a decent sized table with two chairs for eating or writing, etc. Convenient parking outside my door. I only gave 4 stars because I didn’t love the blankets too much. One of those polar tech kind. Not especially cozy. Sheets were great, tho. Also can’t turn bathroom light on without also starting the fan, which I find annoying. But small issues. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This is a great "old school" motel. Easy to park right outside your room. All staff were very friendly. The room was a clean as any five star hotel I've stayed at. It very close to restaurants and convenience store shopping. All this at a very budget friendly rate. I highly recommend.

Number One Hotel in Niagara

This is my number one hotel to stay at in the Niagara Region! The bright lighting in the parking lot and outdoor hallways and security cameras make me feel safe when I'm travelling alone. I also appreciate that parking is included; I generally avoid places that charge extra just to park. Always courteous, friendly, helpful staff and excellent, clean, spacious rooms. Very highly recommended!!

Clean, Well-Appointed Room

A sparkling clean room with nice decorator touches. The room included a mini-fridge, ironing board and iron, large television, free wi-fi, free local and long-distance calls, friendly service and packaged muffins, danishes, rice krispie squares and granola bars as well as apple and orange juice in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We booked at the last minute and received confirmation right away. We also got a check-in reminder call while travelling, which we didn't expect, but our room was still ready and waiting for us at 8 pm. We stayed in room 293 on the second floor, which had a small table and chairs outside to enjoy your coffee or smokables. The room was clean and minimal, with all the necessities without the clutter. Simple design with focus on comfort and cleanliness. The bed was cozy, the pillows comfy, and the room dark and quiet. The staff were pleasant and informative while continuing to do minor upgrades to the property. Loved the coy pond and wished we could have had time to sit by it. There's enough parking not to worry about running out for a coffee, and it's easy to check in and out.

Excellent place! Very clean and well set up. Everything in good condition. Great location at off ramp but not noisy. And very economical.
