The sheets were not clean and had not been changed, there was long black hair on them. The parking was very crowded. We were robbed while parked there, stealing all of our luggage and belongings and passports.

This place is maybe old but we had a clean family suite room, a good location, everything is a walking distance from Clifton Hills to the falls. With free parking, breakfast and wifi, it's worth the price. Our room has mini-fridge but I wish there was microwave too.

Rooms are clean. I booked 2 exact rooms but received one smaller than the other. However I didn’t mind much because I requested two rooms next to each other. We didn’t use the pool as it is quite small.

Told us to check out and try and get money back from Expedia was very unhappy after fighting for a while. I got a partial refund, but nearly not enough to cover all the problems.
