This place is ok. Nothing really stands out as excellent but nothing was too bad either. Prices are decent expect the weekend that's not cool I can't pay more than it's worth. Upon expending my stay I realized they're too concerned about making money and less about how I feel.

Breakfast options weren’t that great and hot water in shower was very on and off. On flip side, the staff were amazing and location was very convenient to Clifton Hill, the Falls, and other venues nearby.

My overall stay wasn’t what we thought. For the price we paid for two nights for a family room is ridiculous. The rooms are super out dated, very dark, our room fridge didn’t work and when we stay we were given a family suit facing the main hallway with 3 little kids. It was super loud and we requested a family suit with a balcony facing the pool where our kids can walk around and they couldn’t accommodate us at all. the breakfast also has minimal selection. Our hotel room wasn’t even clean at all. I pulled the comforter, and there were water bottles around the bed. That’s how you know that the housekeeper didn’t clean the room properly when we checked in.

Average nothing Great Wouldn't stay again.
Older hotel. Ceiling water stains. Wallpaper needs replacing. Today standards after Covid room was as clean as they do now. Hair not ours in washroom. Old washroom. Still using Water Bic shower head from the 80's.. $195 Saturday nigh in October overpriced. Breakfast was nothing we would use, but maybe if you had kids. We skipped our second day breakfast as it was worth just grabbing something at Tim's. Room was on main road. Could hear traffic noises in room at night. This is our 3rd hotel we stayed ay in the last 3 Octobers in Niagara. All different companies, but all seem the same. Need Reno's and updating.

Paid extra for large whirlpool tub. First one had non-working jets, they moved our room and then no hot water. They did fix the 2nd tub. Non-working fireplaces. Worn and older rugs and furniture. Great in its heyday I'm sure. Breakfast just average. Parking convenient. Good location. Walking distance to falls and Clifton Street.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice with an indoor balcony for family room. The hotel is outdated and carpets need replacing. Would be fantastic if it was renovated. Location is easy walk to everything and the common areas were clean and nice. Don’t expect 5 star but it’s fine for a night in Niagara where you don’t hang around the hotel except to sleep.

This is a 3-star hotel. The staff were very accomodating when I had an issue in the room. You cannot see the falls from here, but the location next to Fun Street and the WeGo blue line (w/stops all along the 2 falls & city) is great! The walk to the falls is easy. There’s FREE breakfast and parking plus an indoor pool, which make the hotel a great choice.

We booked a room with a jet tub that did not work. They moved us for the second and third night to a room with a working tub but the air didnt work. We called front desk and they switched out the air conditioner twice and it still didnt work. It was so hot in the room we felt sick , couldnt sleep and was so uncomfortable. So very disappointed. Do NOT recommend at all!
