Nice Stay Overall We had a good stay. The hotel isn’t renovated but it’s clean. Breakfast was simple but enough. Check-in was easy and quick. The location is great — close to lots of restaurants and within walking distance to Clifton Hill. Our stay also included passes to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re visiting the area.

Good location but old hotel

Can’t expect much due to price. Choose this hotel as I need water park package and this hotel is the cheapest among three. Also the location is very good with walking distance to main area. However, the Housekeeping never answers your call. Room also not clean enough. The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. But the reception is very helpful.

Overall good experience. Good value for what you get. Just was not happy when the low battery for the fire alarm went off in my room at around 5:30am. Forgot to mention to hotel. Cannot complaint about the overall experience

The AC in our room was quite loud and noisy and kept my wife and I up most of the night unfortunately. The only great thing we do like is how close and convenient and within walking distance to majority of the falls activities and the falls itself.

The property was good always some one cleaning and doing maintenance we had a small leak into our bathroom from above we taken care of quickly and our tape was loose it was tightend up in minutes from a very nice worker .the room had walpaer pealing and some were and tear from years of use other then that its was great we did however find 2 ants in our room tiny ones on our last moring packing our breakfast was always hot and fresh and there was a pool witch our grandaughter enjoyed a lot .

The location was good and the room was gond size and a nice view! But the breackfast area was way too small and crowed! We had to take the food up to the room and eat in the room! The swimming Pool was just next to the restaurant in the lobby level open concept, could smell the chlorine everywhere! It was too expensive!

The air-conditioning didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, I found long black hairs on my bathroom floor (I'm blond), and I felt like I was paying $250 a night for a 2-star hotel. I'll never go back.

I was travelling with my son. I liked that it had two bedrooms at a decent rate. Beds were comfortable. Close to everything. The tvs were not working properly. A gentleman came to look at them. He said they had just switched to Bell and a few of the tvs were having issues.
