Check-in was quick & easy. The room was very clean and the bed nice and cozy for a good nights sleep. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there was a restaurant in right across from the hotel we went to. A short walk to the Fallsview casino and the OLG stage! Highly recommend this this hotel.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, had a balcony, hot water dispenser and decent view. And It’s great to bring your own travel essentials - except for shampoo and soap. For breakfast, it’s better to be come early since their dining is small, you have to wait for 5-15 minutes to be seated. They only serve classic breakfast only but still good and staff are really kind. Overall, still a good experience.

Although I made the reservation for this place eight months in advance, when we arrived we were put in a 2nd floor room in an old part of the hotel with no elevator. We are in our eighties. Thankfully a staff member helped us get our bags up the stairs. If in Niagara Falls again, we would not stay here.

It was not our first stay at this hotel. Regrettably, this time our stay was not as good as previous times. We were assigned a room with a balcony right above the roof of the connecting building. My Mother could not sleep at night turning and tossing, being afraid that someone was on a roof and could break into our room. In my opinion, this room should not have a balcony at all. For safety reasons.

Overall a nice stay just the elevator was slow and there's only one, so if that brakes down you'll be using the stairs.

We enjoyed the rooms and common area, but there's several weird things that just didn't make it with 5 stars. A very long check in process and waiting in line for breakfast to eat in a very small room crowded with people, top the just of oddities. 1 comfy bed and 1 rock hard bed were quite the contrast. Cleanliness seemed to be a priority with them Overall it's worth the good rate that we paid and it's 1 block from the incline. Just don't ask the clerk how to get there because they don't have a clue.
