The Staff wasn’t helpful at all. We have to pay for parking in the hotel lot. which was ridiculous cause there’s limited parking. I left early for a family emergency and they couldn’t even reimburse me. plant recommend.

Lot of hidden fees and they take money out days before you arrive without notice. It all on their website apparently but not hotel.com . Travelled all over the world and only had this with an actually notice at booking not just happening Recommend try else where . They also charge $30 for parking where everywhere you can find $20. Breakfast is good but they make you leave after 15 min even tho it takes 7 to line up and get it

We liked the ambiance and the breakfast options and quality were good. It’s nice that the hotel is conveniently located near the Falls and restaurants. Our room was clean, well stocked with amenities. We appreciate the effort that the girl who checked us in did to secure us a room with a nice view from the balcony. As for the cons, they didn't provide water bottles and some of the staff were rude. The wifi was unstable at times. Also, our air conditioner had problems turning off randomly as well as the heater not functioning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid for. Value wise, it’s a good hotel.

It's clean, and puts a roof over your head. Staff is friendly en polite. The airconditioner blows every x minutes. Sound is about 30 to 35 decibels. And the view on the river is debatable, I would not suggest you pay extra for it.

There was a smell when we got in. Moisture mixte with chemical spray I started coughing real quick and by the next day I had an infection in my sinus. Everything looks very run down. We paid a pretty high price for a Thursday night and it was disappointing to have to pay on top of that 30$ per car to park it over night.

Complimentary breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m. and the door is locked right at that moment, which is unusually early given that this is a tourist area and a lot of tourists go back to the hotel very late and can't wake up until about that time. Also, staff are not that well trained and are less than enthusiastic or welcoming to arriving guests.

Pleasant stay but the breakfast room is poorly organized. They let people in to seat them, but then you have to go to the back of the same line and wait (again!) to get your breakfast. The room is small but there’s got to be a better way to do this. Have breakfast seatings?

Breakfast was good, very nice location. But No elevator on the 2nd building and I had to carry my luggages myself to 2nd floor. I should’ve known that. But what hotel doesn’t have an elevator for 2nd floor!

We went for the weekend after Labor Day. The room was clean. The staff was great. Breakfast a little chaotic as the food room is too small. I would knock down the wall and expand. Or put the drinks in a different place
