Great little spot off the beaten path. Great if you’re there to shop at the outlets but definitely not in the touristy part of Niagara Falls NY. Having said that I would not think twice about staying here again, the rooms are quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect.

This was the best stay I have ever had in Buffalo. The hotel as soon as I walked in smelled great! The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice! I didn’t use the pool but it looked great.

Heater in the room didn't work well, rude staff, pool area has mold everywhere, the wifi didn't work and all of the items are breakfast ran out by 8am. On top of that the cleaner was extremely rude.

Great heating thermostat in room as they have the intermittent heater which allows you to have a break from the dry air pumping it the room all night. So we didn’t wake up like we normally do in a hotel feeling like we smoked 8 packs of cigarettes. And they had comfy beds and good pillows!

The room was spotless and comfy. The staff was courteous as well. The parking lot could have been better maintained with the snow and ice for safer walkways but otherwise it was a good stay.
