The location of this property is very convenient for those visiting Niagara Falls State Park. There lots of food trucks around this property which again makes its location a very convenient one.

The breakfast and the dining room works great the staff at the dining room was great also but the rooms and the furniture seems old and dirty we have to clean the tables and we got very dirty clothes I'm doing that otherwise safety and quiet

Thank you so much for the hotel stuff. Clean, nice people, tasty breakfast!!! Close to the Niagara fall and park. Huge parking. I am very satisfied. Highly recommend if someone looking for a quite place with family!!!!

Property was simply "ok". We stayed for (3) nights and requested housekeeping once. Bathroom wasn't even wiped down and we made the beds better ourselves. The carpet in our room had footprint stains and the door to our room had to be pulled shut or it did not close the whole way. Why were the lights over the front desk always off? I typically do not book economy hotels - note to self - never again

This place was actually pretty nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were really nice and firm. We heard no outside noise or people in the hallways. The breakfast was actually pretty good with eggs, sausage, waffles, hashbrowns, fruit, bagels and fresh juice. The staff were difficult to understand at times (broken english) but were really friendly. The courtyard needs some updatinf (broken concrete) but has food trucks out there open late. Easy walk to the rapids, the falls, rainbow bridge and the trolley through a beautiful park. We will stay there again next year.

Convenient but not the greatest hotel around.
The hotel is convenient because is next to the park. However, the hotel itself is very outdated, the breakfast is very bad and the room smelled like cigarettes.
