I loved this hotel, it was clean and windows opened to allow ventilation and the bathrooms had fans. All that keeps it smelling nice. You could hear the falls at nught, and the beds were comfy. I missed having a pool, and the bathrooms were a bit tiny but otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Definitely recommend.

I thought the hotel was pretty decent , breakfast was good, the location was good, the price was very steep to not have a pool , the downstairs area by the fitness center was very dirty, our room smelled a little but the location couldn’t be beat and the hotel staff wa extremely friendly

First off They don't clean your room. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner is so hard to operate. The day shift receptionist is accomodating but it all ends there as the night shift receptionist does not even say "Hi" or even offer to help. Also the free breakfast is a cluster you know what. Prison food tasted better. I would not recommend this place

The property is a bit old and needs renovation. But overall the stay was good. The best part about this hotel is the location. It is located a few steps from the Niagara Falls state park. There are plenty of food options nearby as well.

The best location to visit Niagara Falls. You are literally a 5 minute walk from the observation deck of American Falls. The hotel was a standard Comfort Inn, pleasant rooms, nice breakfast, and friendly staff.

This property is right next to the Niagara state park, and the back door leads to the entrance of the park. Good breakfast options, nice helpful staff and sufficient self parking space.

1. Reservation is made as one but the Front desk person in comfort inn didn’t provide near by room or in same floor for the family. 2. We politely requested for near by room or in same floor. He is rude and offending us. It’s a terrible experience for us with both Expedia reservation and comfort inn check in. 3. Why can’t you make sure the family or a reservation made should be in same floor?

Stayed here for one night with family. This hotel location is very good. Easy access to Maid of Mist. Parking charges are also decent compared to other hotels in the area.
