Card Reader Room Keys provided upon our check-in in the evening did not work until another 3 hours for one room and technician has to come and fix it, damaged all our valuable important evening time! They need to compensate for their miss on locks, and refund at least one day of our charges for the one room!!

Great location, just opposite the Niagra information and walks. Staff gave good options for dining. Breakfast was very busy and the guy filling up breakfast dining was run off his feet to try and keep up.They should place another staff member to help him

Cleaning and Room service is upon request only, we didn’t know until the last day of our stay. The room key didn’t work for 5 times, need the technician to use the master key to open my room. The front staff were not pleasant.

Location, location, location. Property is a basic hotel. Nothing special and nothing terrible. The location is top notch. Right across the street from the park and everywhere was walkable. Food and sights are right at your finger tips.

Niagara Falls (both american side and canadian side) are within walking distance of this property. You couldn't stay closer to the Niagara falls in any other hotel (on the american side). It wasn't clear when i made the reservation, but latter i figured out that the price included a breakfast buffett (egg, protein, coffee, waffles, bread, cereal, etc) The property includes a basic gym. I read some other reviews about some of the staff members being unpolite, but my opinion is that you will get what you give. If you spit bitter, you will get bitterness. Ask thing gentle and smile to the staff and you will get a smile back. Some other reviews complained about the cleanliness of the rooms, but our was clean. The only but is that the bath tube's floor looked stained and there was no mat on it. If you are driving your own car, there is plenty of space on their parking lot. If you are flying to BUF, just outside BUF you can ride a Flix bus, and it will leave you few feet from this hotel. Make your reservation for the Flix bus online, as there is high demand for it. Within the hotel property, there are a couple of food trucks offering indian options and american options (hot dogs, hamburgers, etc). This is pretty convenience, especially because they are open until late. A non-advertised gem of this hotel is that during the evening they offer a complimentary bowl of soup and coffe.
