Well property is situated in an unusual area but regardless Staff...Kimberly was incredible so so helpful and resourceful We had a lovely meal ...Chinese.. Thanks to Kimberly Yes overall building dated but certainly clean Shower had hot water Quiet at nite even with a hockey team Breakfast..food hot and lots of selections Recommend this place

Property was clean with a generous breakfast. Fridge was broken in our room and ruined our food - we stayed for two days. Billed twice for a pet and after two call still do not have resolution. Would stay again, but wouldn't finish checkout until I'd viewed all charges.

Located near plaza and close to the highway. Filled out need as we were visiting friends who recently moved to Fort Erie. Staff was extremely friendly and offered to help as I was with my three young children. I must admit the room was on the cooler side even with the heat running. Breakfast was ok and I will return to this hotel in the coming months

Room was nice, easiest room to get to. The shower however didn’t work very well, meaning you were lucky to even get any water on you. The plunger on the tap did work to push the water to the shower head

The hotel has 2 floors and no elevator so hike all yourg luggage and cooler etc up 2 flights. Room 228 we had poor water drainage in shower, stood in water. Exhaust fan didn't work in bathroom and hair dryer over heated in 5 mins and barely blew any air out. Cheap place. Adequate but needs some updates
