The only thing that could seem bad is the location: it is in the middle of nowhere, close to a highway, but the rooms are well insulated, so it wasn’t a problem at night. It is just that Niagara Falls was 30 minutes away.

Overall, this hotel was okay for the price. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The main downsides were the very small rooms, which were in average condition, and the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage up the narrow stairs inconvenient.

The hotel is located in a quiet and open area; however, the conditions are somewhat deteriorated, and the noise coming from the neighboring rooms does not allow you to sleep properly. In addition, it does not offer any amenities or attractions that justify the high nightly rate. More than a hotel, it feels like a roadside motel.
