Had to get 3 different sets of keys made as they would not work, until the 3rd time down to front desk and one of the staff came up to ensure they finally worked, I was then randomly charged a few hours later for $22.60 $ the oriental lady from front desk on the phone argued with me about it but I had the transaction notification on my phone. Hoping they can figure it out, but not a great experience so far.

Our stay was good. Hotel was located in an excellent area. Nice clean lobby, service was excellent from all staff. Beds were not overly comfortable but okay. Bathroom needs a very good cleaning as it was not very clean.

The hotel was clean from the moment you walked in, the room, elevators, pool and breakfast area. We were welcomed by friendly staff and at breakfast the lady was very helpful and always checking if we were good. Breakfast, they had breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs and fresh waffles and it was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

The room itself was very clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The rate was fair especially considering that it's only about a five minute walk to Clifton Hill. The washroom could be cleaned a bit better but nothing horrendous.
