The room was really shabby and depressing. The tv was staticky and didn’t get a clear picture. The front desk staff could not even find their own hotel on a map. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean. Staffs were pretty friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient as well. Close to good restaurants, steps away from Clifton hill, 12-15 mins walk to the fall.

Front desk staff at check in was AMAZING! Went out of her way to get us extras. Room was very clean. Jacuzzi tub was "standard size" aka only fits one person but pretends to be for two. Awesome concierge advised us to request the "large tub" next time. Breakfast was FABULOUS. Best complimentary breakfast we have ever had at a hotel bar none in terms of selection and quality. Lovely stay, we will definitely come again.
