The hotel was very nice and clean. Only thing is the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. However, we will definitely stay again. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The Breakfest and Breakfest area in the Morning could have had more variety and bit more estheticly pleasing. BUT OVERALL THE STAY AND FACILITY WAS VERY CLEAN AND OFFERS OF COFFEE AND COOKIES AND ROOMS AND CLEANLY WERE PREPARE VERY WELL. The one thing I loved the best is the front desk representatives were absolutely amazing and helpful and kind and friendly. My interactions with them right away I knew I’d have an amazing pleasant stay. Overall I give my experience a 5 of 5

We stayed two nights. Friendly customer service. Good location. Nice breakfast. Room service was the only thing we were confused about as on the second day there was no such service.

Excellent service by all employees! Known for complimentary cookies at the front desk. This is my go to place near the Falls. Rates are reasonable, hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and staff are friendly and welcoming. They even call your room after check in to make sure everything is ok and let you know they are available if you need anything. Away from the main Clifton Hill strip so it's quiet but walkable to the strip, Falls and restaurants. The pool is larger than most hotels of this calibre and kept clean and the breakfast room has ample seating. I've been coming to this place for years. Renovations are great. It's truly a great value if you stay here.

Walking fistance from cliffton hill. Nigeria restaurants are close to it as well. Their breakfast is healthy and delicious. The staff are courteous.
