This is our 4th stay here. We return yearly for my daughter’s birthday. Staff is extremely friendly and warm. They gave my daughter a birthday bag, and cookie at check-in, which is really nice. Very good selection at breakfast. Rooms are clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. Close to Clifton Hill (5 minute walk) We will return next year:) Excellent value for the rates of the rooms.

Customer service is amazing, the hotel is very clean and maintained. The pool was a very nice bonus. The only reason I don't rate it 5 stars is because the fan in the room is very loud and also I believe they need to increase the breakfast options. If I am being really picky then I also didn't like the fact that there is no full length mirror in the suite. Other than that, everything was great. And they have amazing cookies at the front desk throughout the day

Good location, across from Fallsview casino Room was clean, breakfast was good and the ladies working there kept everything topped up and clean Lock your vehicles and keep stuff out of sight. Don’t leave ANYTHING in your car or it will be gone!!
