I cannot believe this hotel has a 9.0 rating on Expedia. That’s nonsense. This hotel is dirty, dated and in a very sketchy section of Niagara. Parking lot and surrounding area was dirty, littered and I felt unsafe. Room was dated, lots of small damages to walls and furniture. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. AC unit didn’t work efficiently. Holy cow please stay somewhere else. For another $50 a night I should have booked somewhere closer to the falls.

I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a 2 minute walk from Clifton Hill, and was clean! It also had a pool. However, I was slightly disappointed with breakfast. Overall, great stay!

We stayed here years ago and it was modern and clean. This stay the room felt a bit cold, a little dated. We had a suite. The lighting was odd, the furniture was stiff and not comfy, the table was so sticky, everything stuck to it, the bathroom was very basic, a couple of the towels were covered in hair. Not the norm from when we’ve stayed here before. Aww The pool is warm and clean with lots of towels. The breakfast is good, the staff are always polite and helpful. Why I said unsafe, our vehicle was broken in to during our stay. There are cameras in the parking lot, but not helpful until post incident. The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from Clifton Hill. We’d stay here again, but I’d manage my expectations differently. It’s the staff that would bring us back.

We had a great stay here, without issues. When traveling, I spend way too much time looking for the best match and then once booked still wonder if i booked the right thing until we arrive. The Country Inn was a perfect match for my family of 4. Just outside of the clifton hill area - 5 minute walk to get to Clifton hill itself. Continental breakfast had all the usuals plus waffle maker and rotating hot items from one day to the next. In looking, this was the best deal for what we were looking for (especially when i started to see the parking rates at some of the hotels) and I would highly recommend it!
