Room was super clean. Comes with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, ironing board and iron. Hotel very close to the Falls attractions, Clifton Hill, Indoor Waterpark, Bird Kingdom, and lots of Restaurants. We were able to walk to everything, even the Power Station and Rainbow Bridge in a short amount of time. Coffee in lobby and dining area was amazing. Breakfast buffet was scrambled eggs, wheat bread, mini muffins, bagels, oatmeal, apples, oranges, bananas, raisins, coffee, tea, various cereals, and self made waffles. Dining area very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly. Small Italian Ice Cream Shoppe on Victoria Ave to right of hotel that opens early and serves amazing coffee and cream, and panini sandwiches. Pool was clean and big enough to do laps for exercise. Gym not good. Universal machine and treadmill were broken. Free TV not good. Shows were from the 80’s Area behind hotel looks very run down, but I walked and drove through it and saw no signs of crime. People I encountered were very friendly. Overall the hotel is a great deal.

Great location

Good location-just a short walk to the Falls area. Adjacent to the Clifton Hill amusement area but far enough away so as not to be bothered by noise or light. Also so close to the Rainbow bridge connecting the Canadian and American sides.

Right from the start we were made to feel special. The front desk staff were polite and friendly to a fault and were willing to go the extra mile with advice, directions and help with anything we needed. The breakfast staff were beyond AWESOME!
