This was a very last minute stay for a getaway weekend. Booked through Expedia, we were confident based on other reviews we would enjoy our stay. When we arrived, the location of the property and the quality of our room exceeded our expectations. The initial encounter with staff at check-in was mildly off-putting, but easily dealt with. We were offered our choice of 2 Queen beds or 1 King for same rate. We expressed no preference and were given the 1 King, which suited us perfectly. Our room on the 3rd floor overlooked the parking lot but toward the Clifton Hill area. The room appeared recently renovated/updates, everything clean, fresh, and comfortable. The room had a mini-fridge and an abundance of device-charging stations. The shower was spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels provided at the start. The location of the property allowed us to leave our car parked ($23) for the duration of the stay, because Victoria St., Clifton Hill, Niagara Parkway, and the Skylon Tower were easily walkable. About the only unusual observation was the available selection of TV channels. Major American networks affiliate stations (ABC, NBC, CBS) were based out Boston? Also, no premiums like HBO, but…we weren’t there to watch TV. This was a really exceptional stay and what we felt was a fair and affordable rate for what we booked.

Are you kidding me the connector doors are absolutely a horrible design great for families I suppose but at. 2 am to 330 am the foreign "neighbors " up having a inconsiderate argument about something. Then we made it to 830am to start again. Front desk was NOT helpful at 3am when it went on too long.
