There was a fan noise in the room at all times. Early morning we could hear drilling and hammering. I realize the hotel is under renovations, however they shouldn't have booked us in a room next to one being renovated. There were rooms available and they should have taken this into consideration. Crowne's are supposed to be reputable hotels. We were extremely disappointed. If I didn't book with Expedia I would have demanded an total refund from the hotel.

While the reception area was stunning, the rooms could use an upgrade as they felt a bit outdated. The hotel is conveniently located, and breakfast on the 10th floor was definitely a highlight. However, we were disappointed by the steep charges for parking, which felt excessive and left a sour note at the end of our stay

Shower filled up the tub making up very inconvenient. I tried taking a nap and the noise coming from upstairs sounded like the building was coming done. Nowhere was it posted informing guests there would be construction. For an old hotel the fees are extremely ridiculous. Choose another hotel the Crowne is horrible

Heat needed improvement
The heat was not working properly so the room was cold. Water for shower took a long time to get warm, never hot. When shower was in use the smoke detector went off. Bed was comfortable and balcony nice
