Expensive for what is provided and very Far from main strip! No breakfast and Parking costs $30 extra taxes when other hotels provide parking next door for $20. The Toilet did not work properly. Nice swimming pool though if you have time to use it.

Rooms were newly renovated and super clean. The maids were very nice, and has the inn looking like a hotel! Front staff was okay, but the house keeping was definitely nicer and more helpful. Location is far (25min) walk from Clifton hill and does not feel like the safest walk to do alone or with kids. So if you’re in that category, i recommend driving or Uber. Parking for two nights was $75 which I think is ridiculous considering most public parking in Clifton hill is only $10-20. Otherwise I recommend for a luxury hotel experience on a budget!

No breakfast as advertised/ 30 per day for parking
The hotel room was supposed to have queen size beds. It was doubles. It also advertised free breakfast. Not true. No breakfast since covid they said. False advertising. Locked out of my room twice. Extra charges for parking. Called first before booking. They said 10 dollars a day. When we showed up it was conveniently 30 per day. Not clean and smells as well. Overall not impressed.
