Staff is horrible, very rude and condescending. Security has a chip on shoulder and will use position as a power trip. They are incredibly sneaky with their deposit requirements and do not care in the slightest about their guests. Not a friendly or welcoming environment, will never book with this company again.

Check in was smooth. We were offered adjoining rooms since we booked two rooms. They were clean and we felt safe. It is a well situated hotel for visiting the falls and surrounding area.
