The advertsiting is a bit deceptive and borders on a bait and switch. Its not obvious that daily parking is charged which was almost as much as the room in this case.

We loved our stay here The staff even checks in every couple days and does a wellness check if go more than 3 days without contact Only thing i was disappointed with was the day before we were supposed to leave they asked us if we were staying longer We said yes But the next day when we went to extend our stay suddenly they were booked full so we had to leave Otherwise a great hotel and staff and we loved our stay

Housekeeping staff were great. Check-in was okay; their check-in time is strict, so don't be early. Pool is outdoor and closed for the cold season. Vending machine is on the 2nd floor. WiFi was quite slow for me; connectivity was great, but only managed emails and websites (WiFi calling was all static-y and broken up.) Overall, the best place for a budget stay if you're passing through or here for The Falls; it is very close to several restaurants and attractions.
