I reserved a room with city view and they gave me the room with the wall in front, first floor next to the pool door where everyone could look through the window.. the lamps were broken.. so the light in the room was horrible.. also the vent in the bathroom wasn’t working and the most important part.. the breakfast is definitely not breakfast…never again!!!

Our room was nice and clean, quite spacious, however the walls are quite thin and we were woken at 6am by a small child next door. Unfortunately that was not the only noise complaint, the doors to other rooms, when closing make a rather loud bang. I’m not super sensitive to noises but it would be a much more pleasant experience if the doors either closed slower or somehow made quieter. The breakfast was quite nice, but the room was very busy due to its size.

Hotel is in the heart of the falls area. 10 min walk to falls. Breakfast option was poor with options. Just bread cake or bagel with butter and coffee. For north american standard poor breakfast options! The managers should look into eggs scramble eggs, omlets sausages. Baked beans etc. I think the hotel operations are being ran on a poor budget. With no vision to be on standard of a hotel close to the falls

It was easy to check in. The stop for the wego bus was close. I didnt have to walk so far to get to clifton hill. There was lots of restaurants to choose from to eat. The breakfast at the hotel had almond milk which i was able to have and gluten free options available which is a bonus for me.

My wife and I stay here every couple of months when we visit her daughters who live in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

Rooms are pretty spacious, they have parking for $12 CAD per day which is not bad and overall a great hotel. They do have their own version of a continental breakfast which is more of grab and go type of food. Overall its a pretty good hotel!!

Pretty good overall. I wish the room I was in had a mini fridge. The pool is not heated, so it was cold to get in. Plus side it was salt water.
