Quick family Getaway

from check in to check out everything was great. Front desk staff were friendly, about 15minutes or so after we got to the room we received a call to make sure we were all settled and had no issues. Will definitely stay here again.

Toilet didn't flush properly. Room was really banged up. A sprinkling of stucco actually fell from the ceiling on my head while I was working at the desk. Staff was very friendly, but very disappointed in ownership, who are clearly taking such little pride in their business.

Clean property - parking is a little weird here. Need to include a free breakfast when staying overnight on the weekend. There is a bar next door that was pumping until 4am. Very noisy even with the AC running all night. Convenient, walkable location to the "strip" and to the falls. But sleep deprivation ain't worth it.

This hotel is located at the top of tge Clifton Hill tourist area. Lots of activities and places to eat are within walking distance including the falls. The room we were in had an a/c unit that wouldn't stay running, a towel rack that wasn't attached to the wall securely and a leaky faucet. We managed to deal with these issues because the hotel was fully booked.

Family trip to days inn

We stayed 1 night with a family of 6 customer service and check in great and fast also was able to check in 3.5 hours early which is always nice when you have younger kids room was ok AC great dirty walls but it was ok also had 3-4 lights needed to be changed so had two small problems 1 if you want to sleep good don’t stay here there is a night club that plays very loud music till 4am especially if your on the left hand side of the hotel 2nd problem they should be checking their smoke detectors as ours decided to go off at 6am as they were expired my one friend had breakfast they offered for a fee she said it was excellent checkout was fast and easy front desk has smiles all around
