Decent stay overall. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and it appeared that the rooms were recently renovated. The only bad spot was that the shower tab was very tight to use; required a lot of force to operate the shower. Stayed at many hotels in the area and this hotel was a pleasant positive surprise.

I am disappointed as the mattress was too saggy, even after flipping the mattress the sagging remained which lead to the backache. The room was not vacuumed during housekeeping. The pillows were not clean and had drooling stains. We requested extra pillows which were not at all comfortable. Couldn’t sleep properly because of mattress.

The property was spectacular. We booked a unit that had a jetted tub. At first we were a bit skeptical on the upkeep, since we've never booked a place like this before. But I must say, we enjoyed our stay at the place. From the use of the jetted tub, the fact that the room had a smart tv, the cleanliness of the unit, and that the location is walking distance to most of the attractions. I would recommend to anyone else considering this place to book it.

Arriving at the hotel was easy but once we got inside the hotel and went to check in the charge for the stay had to be payed right away at check in, they are charge for parking $17 a day which they add a parking fee on, parking is cheaper down by cliffton or even on cliffton then the hotel and the parking was $17 a night, they also charge for there breakfast $13.95 per person and thats an adult buffet charge but when you come to eat its all basic cheap food, nothing exciting, nothing worth paying that much for anyways, just basic hotel breakfast items pther hotels give for free. The room we stayed in was nice, big, tons of room, only downside is the windows dont open so no letting fresh air in, no belcony for standing on and for smokers they gotta go all the way putside the front to smoke so that sucks. The pool is fun, including a ball for people to use and the water is warm and clean so i enjoyed that part. I feel that the charge for the parking, the buffet and the parking fee should be included considering I've stayed at other hotels for cheaper prices that offer a lot more, I found the staff friendly and very nice and i noticed in my hotel room they left a nasty red stain on the carpet that i guess no one removed
