The staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate and let me check in a little earlier. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restroom layout was a little funky and there was no elevator - to my knowledge.

I have bad allergies so this was perfect since no carpet which is also very hard to find. It is very clean and close to attractions for a great price which is exactly what we were looking for. The cons were: The pillows are terrible, there are no outlets next to the bed which is odd, plugs are falling out of the walls and not many of them and there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. But overall, great stay....its spotless, very clean which is my main concern when staying somewhere. Staff are very friendly as well; would deffinatly stay here again!

The maid services where bad.
They only cleaned my bathroom and changed my towels. It was weird that my beds were never made up over a span of four days. And no bathroom in the common areas was also bad. This place is ok for a weekend stay on a budget.

Staff were excellent and accomadating. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Multiple dining options around the area. Clifton Hill and Skylon Tower within a 10 min walk from the hotel each. If and when we are back to the Niagara Falls area, we would stay here again!

Worth the money.
This one was a good one. The hotel was clean the room was clean the bathroom was clean shower was clean good pressure. Had a little fridge in the room was excellent to see. Stuff were friendly complementary coffe was great. Great location for the price one little complaint no fresh air windows dont open the ac worked great i have to add. But would amazong to get fresh air in the room.

Very clean property. Check in was very professional and friendly. Well located to close proximity of Clifton hill. Our room could have been a little bit better interms of how the furniture are layed out and the bed was a little too firm for liking. However would definitely be back as well as referring in to my colleagues. 4.5 🌟
