Our first time at double tree. We were supposed to be 4 guests but only 3 came. Paid parking $25. 2 families who checked in beside me: 1st one was greeted with a smile and a cute joke, 2nd one too with a detailed explanation of the hotel amenities (pool downstairs open 8am to 10pm, how to get to their room etc). Alas for us, none of that- pretty much sign, pay for parking and off you go- little things that make us feel valued and inclusive were not there for us. Room was clean and big TV. Shower not easy to open but when I phoned, it was explained to me well as I needed to pull the handle. Front and lobby of hotel looks great. We paid for 4 guests but only 2 mugs provided with 2 creams. That’s about it.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are huge. Easy accommodates family of 4. Price was very reasonable. A little bit of a walk from things but the “river view” was great! And it was nice to be off the beaten path a little. GREAT value stay.

Cookies were great.
The warm chocolate walnut cookie you get at check in was a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were accessible from the elevator so you didn’t have to walk through the lobby. Buchanan’s restaurant had good service and the food was great. Price is pretty on par for a Hilton.

We booked here last minute after a trip the Ithaca , NY to see go to the state parks and see the waterfalls for our anniversary was cancelled due to Hurricane Debby drooping some bad weather in the region and the state parks were closed due to flooding.I will most definitely stay here again, you saved the day, the staff was super friendly, from the cookies at check in to a nightcap at the bar in the lobby! The hotel is convenient to everything, and we were able to walk and not have to pay for more parking, I do honestly think all hotels should have free parking though after paying for the price of the room. The pool and hot tub outside was very pleasant! My favorite part of the whole stay was the view from our top floor room of the American Falls, lit up at night with fireworks was a beautiful surprise! I only have a couple negative things to say, the rim of the outside hot tub could be cleaned a little better and leaves cleaned up as well as some empty cups out on the patio. If you could make the soaking tub in the room a little less slippery and supply a tub pillow. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back!!!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, we definitely will stay here the next time we visit the falls. The hotel was very clean, quiet had friendly & helpful staff and the location is in walking distance to clifton hill. Parking should be free for hotel guest would be my only complaint

Overall I really enjoyed this property. Staff are prompt and accommodating. Rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Restaurant is decent but a bit pricey for what you get. Pool was not heated and that was a bit disappointing.

This place was within walking distance to the falls but away from the crowds and I felt very safe there. It was so clean. Parking is so convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. I stay here everytime I visit Niagara Falls.
