It was not up to the required standard compared to the high price, in addition to the customer bearing the unreasonable costs of the parking lot, which was $100 or $75. I was forced to park my car in a far place and walk back to the hotel. I will not repeat the experience with them again.

The parking was a hustle. The stuff at the front desk was not helpful with our request of a crib. Neither on the phone nor in person. And of course the room category (with fall view) we booked online turned out to be a partial view once we arrived. Of course you can get a room with full view, if you pay an additional fee! The check in was a complete disappointment. We arrived late night with 2 children and they did not even assembled the baby crib in the room once they brought it.

The TV services were out for all the rooms due to weather. They use a satellite system. It was snowing so therefore no TV for our 2 nights. Maybe it's time to upgrade your TV services? The breakfast was ok. Not hot. Warm at best.
