The property was exactly as pictured, view of the entire falls was beautiful, room was very clean only downfall I had was most of the outlets were loose so it was somewhat hard to use them. They do have valet parking for 100 cad I believe 135 including tax a day, self parking on site I believe was available but overpriced as well. They have offsite parking 35 a day which is very convenient as well, walkable distance but also offer shuttle service. Every time I parked the shuttle would pull up to me before I even exited the car for me to get on, definitely worth it.

Great location and experience
Had a wonderful check-in experience and the room was fantastic with a great view and loved multiple beds!!! Breakfast and the elevators were typically a bit of a wait, but the staff really helped keep things moving. Perfect location as well, since we walked to most of the things we wanted to do. I would stay here again!

The room and ficilities were very nice, however the made to order free breakfast and free cocktail hour was terrible. Just a buffet with powered eggs, white bread only that was cold, no bacon and pre made mini omlettes. The cocktail hour was one drink in a plastic cup, only chardonnay wine was availible and all you get it chips, pretzels and peanuts. Have stayed at numerous Embassy Suites and never had lousy food like this. Would warn anyone going there!! And the parking fees were outrageous.

Very nice view of falls. Went with Mom 75 and niece 17. Walk in shower was a necessity for mom . All loved the space of room .It had a kitchen / living room combo feel with double queens. Free breakfast but it was an hour wait for most, not worth the wait. You must pay for parking which is $100 day unless you have handicap sticker then $35 a day for valet. Pool and gym is clean and nice. If you do not stay more then 4 days they do not clean your room or change towels . You must call down to see if there is housecleaning availability.We were lucky enough to get our room cleaned one time. We stayed Tues to Fri. There are restaurants in walking distance. Overall good experience, would go back.

We had a quick check in. The information on the manager's reception is incorrect on the hotels website. This has nothing to do with Expedia. The webpage lists the managers reception from 4-5:30. The actual reception is from 3-5. We showed up at 5:00 and told that we missed the reception. The check-in desk did give us our drink coupons, but then the bar would not redeem them. The breakfast in the morning was minimal and did not meet the normal fare you see at an Embassy Suites. There was a hot buffet, but it was missing much of the fresh fruit and it lacked an egg station. Our room was clean, but was small. It was a suite, but not the standard size for a room at this chain. The hotel is too large for how its elevators were designed. You will have to wait depending on what floor you are on. Our room had a partial falls view. We could not see the American falls, but had a great view of the Horseshoe Falls.
