The property was beautiful. Staff seemed to be on task. The breakfast tickets as well as the drink tickets were nice touches. The view from my room was beautiful however no hot water for the shower and there was dust everywhere in my room.

We had the perfect view from our room. Due to a cancellation, for a small increase, We were upgraded to a suite with view of the entire falls. All staff were amazing. The hotel location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was not up to the standard as the rest of the hotel experience. Very crowded, not much selection, food was not good. Highly recommend hotel, superb treatment from all staff.

Ibrahim, Darha, Angelica managed our reservations for 3 rooms at the front desk. They were professional, friendly and upgraded our rooms to a view. We were grateful as this was a special trip commemorating anniversaries, retirements and old friendships. Ibrahim, Darha and Angelica made the trip memorable. Customer service to this level is why I continue to be a Hilton Honors Member.

My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls Fallsview! We originally booked a city view room but decided to upgrade to a falls view room — and it was absolutely worth it. The view was breathtaking, especially in the morning with the mist rising and at night when the falls were beautifully illuminated. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and made the upgrade process so easy. We also dined at STK Steakhouse right inside the hotel, and it was such a treat — great food, great service, and of course that incredible falls view to enjoy while we ate. The location couldn’t be better — close to attractions, dining, and just steps from the falls. Waking up to such a spectacular view made our trip extra special. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next Niagara visit, and highly recommend upgrading to a falls view room if you can — it truly transforms the entire experience!

Everything was great except that someone in housekeeping store $100 out of my wallet that I had left in my wallet inside the drawer by the bed which I buried inside my clothes. I also had the "Do Not Disturb " sign on the outside door handle which nabs do not come in. I came back from the Tour and saw the bed was made and towels restocked which i didn't bed. I did not report the incident because i didn't want to go through the hassle. I lea now to housekeeping about it and we left the premises. Just wanted a little getaway from work. Besides that it was great.

We received a complimentary room upgrade with a view of the Falls upon arrival. Property is well maintained. Very friendly staff. This is a large, high-rise hotel. Elevators can be full during peak hours. The number of guests overwhelms the cocktail hour and breakfast - so be prepared for lots of other people.

The property was perfectly located. We enjoyed the complementary hot breakfast in the morning and the drink/snacks in evening. Any time we reached out to housekeeping or maintenance they responded in minutes. Felt very safe.

Very, very rude staff and the manager is super rude on top of it not helpful at all.. save your money get a better hotel down the road at Towneplace and suites for half the price and they even serve you free breakfast and amazing staff
