My family and I didnt like the breakfast, I have booked this place because it includea breakfast . But we were suprised for the short time from 6:30 to 9:30 only for breakfast and the huge long line up to get into the buffet.Also the food options were so poor not plenty of choices.It was too expensive for including such a breakfast

While the style, cleanliness, and view of the room was exemplary, every other aspect around the stay was subpar. It was excessively crowded, even in the winter, which naturally resulted in a noisy environment. The Wi-Fi connection was abysmally slow, to the point that using cellular data was more efficient, the breakfast variety was fairly low and the food itself was mediocre. The stay may have been significantly improved by the room, however, for a $700 room the other facilities should at least be average without extra cost. If you want to experience the beauty of the Niagara Falls, this hotel certainly captures it, but you should not have to sacrifice in so many other aspects for the price you pay for it.

One of the best views ofthe falls on the Canadian side. The suite had a very different layout to best use the view of the falls. The staff will lure you to take an upgrade at checkin for better view, not sure if they offer the best deal. Otherwise, all was great. Expensive area to stay in, all restaurants charge 2X.
