Unfortunately, we would not come back to the embassy. Firstly, there is no housekeeping services, this is ridiculous and unacceptable, even motels have housekeeping. Such a big establishment and no daily housekeeping services is a joke! Also, parking prices are through the roof, valet is $100 per day and $70 per day if you park your own car. Compared to other hotels, the parking prices is highway robbery! Not coming back to this hotel, we will consider Fallsview Casino next time!

Had a nice stay, all things that were said previous reviews, free breakfast get there early 630-7am. Elevators can take a while to come and were full at peak times. Onsite parking is expensive but was convenvient and felt safer then parking off site. Views of the falls were great. We were able to see the fireworks from our room and beautiful sunrise over the falls.

I don’t like the breakfasts like before Covid-19’s now the fresh omelet very bad test even already done outside very bad test I don’t like the bed sheets dirty with blood stains on it and the room not too clean and no shuttle go everywhere
