The pillows, it smelled awful. Seemed like the housekeeping didnt change the pillow covers. I had to call front desk to change them cos they dont smell fresh. The hell! Aside from that, their parking is expensive than nearby hotels. Cheaper parking beside them. Thirdly, breakfast is not filling. Too slow elevator too.

Good location. Just a few blocks down from Clifton Hill. Lots of shops and restaurants within waking distance. Probably about a mile from the actual falls. Staff was very nice. Hotel is a little older and reminds me of a lower end brand that was converted to a Fairfield. But in the end, a good place to stay for the money.

Plenty room for improvement
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not as clean as I expected – I found a lot of dust on the wall under the TV and around the desk lamp. There were also a couple of hairs left in the shower, which made me question the attention to detail. On top of that, the washroom door handle was broken, and the fridge didn’t work, which was inconvenient. That said, breakfast was excellent – it was the one bright spot of my stay. I also want to give a big shout-out to Brian, who went above and beyond by helping me carry a case of bottled water to my room. His kindness and helpful attitude were the only saving grace of this experience. Overall, while the service from Brian and the breakfast were great, the room condition needs serious improvement.

The hotel is great but the customer service isn’t. The dark skinned Indian woman with glasses and curly hair at checkin is terrible to deal with! Very difficult, cold, rude, wont crack a smile, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It’s as if she’s purposely trying to run the hotel to the ground. They offered me free parking then charged $70 on my credit card! She even had the nerve to tell me move my car from the spot clearly marked “Guest registration” and when I said there was no sign saying I couldn’t park there she just talked over me. Didn’t care that it’s my birthday and I come annually to celebrate here. Didn’t extend checkout, didn’t have a positive or helpful response to anything at all. If she hates dealing with people so much then why is she working here? Won’t be coming again because I don’t want to deal with this horrible woman. I’ll take my business elsewhere where they can crack a smile and show some hospitality.

It was fine for our family of four. Breakfast was crazy busy but staff did their best to accommodate the large crowds. Beds too soft for us personally but overall clean, close and friendly staff.

Breakfast was poor. Ran out of coffee continuously because the containers were too small. Food was dried up & tasted like it was under warmer all day. Didn't sleep well due to mattress. Bottle of conditioner was empty in shower. Hard time time understanding person behind front desk.

Reception was very nice, we were early and not only they accommodated but gave us upgraded rooms. Overall, it was an excellent location, close to most of the attractions and very nice team at reception. Breakfast was very good and have something for everyone.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. I would have liked boiled eggs, but that's a personal thing. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were all very friendly and welcoming. We stayed 2 nights and did not receive any room cleaning. I'm not sure what the policy is. It may not include daily service. It wasn't a big deal for us, but may not be an issue for some. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed 2 nights visiting Niagra on the Canadian side.
