Continental breakfast wasn’t that good of selection. No luggage rack in the room had to put mine on the floor. People are nice that work there. Much better place than the hotel we stayed at in the states Travel Lodge in Canton,Michigan. That was a nightmare,do not recommend people to stay there. Just some advice.

The overall of the property was not all bad. It’s very lighted at night and walkable to most attractions however, we had some issues with the television not working at all and it took HOURS to get someone to address it. Then once “fixed” we again had no way to control it (turn it off/on or down as when they fixed it we were gone and it was left super loud). The tv was then on but we couldn’t even turn it off or down to sleep. I advised the front office upon check out and the response was “Oh I will go check it” that’s great but it didn’t help us during our stay

Great check in. Quiet clean room. Comfy beds. The fridge and the micro wave came in very handy. The room was spotless and the giant waterfall shower was amazing! Definitely staying here again.

The room was fine in quality. Clean, good size. But charging $20 for parking is just a scam. I've stayed in a dozen other hotels inNiagara Falls and never been charged. Just be up front and include it in the price.
