The room shown above was not available, we were told that that part of the hotel is not available during the off season. The room we were given was a very basic and very small. We also found one towel and washcloth. When we called the desk they said they would send someone right over. No show. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and they should closed down,

Got charged $20 night parking fee, but very hard to find a parking space since the snow removal was so poor. We stayed 2 nights. Also had a room up some steps, these were not cleared. I fell trying to get to my room due to the poor snow removal.

We’ve stayed here many times in the past. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. One complaint this time would be the snow removal. I realize they’ve had a lot snow this winter but it was a pain having to climb over a snow bank just to access our ground floor room.

The room was ok for the price. I am disabled and use a walker. Asked for a ground floor room which I got. The snow was not shoveled at all to get from the parking lot to your room. Fell twice trying to get over it. I can't figure out how to post the pictures on here or I would

How do they expect people to get over this mound of snow. It was the total length of the walkway to the parking lot
