It was a great place for the price. While parking is an extra $20, the room felt clean, with air conditioner and good breakfast. I think for the price range, this is probably the best value for your money.

The property is just walking distance to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills. Parking, you need to pay $20 per night. Breakfast- There were many options: cereals, coffee, juices, pancake and bread with 4 toasters available. All good for me. Room- No bodywash, toothpaste and toothbrush, you should bring your own. - There was a small cockroach in our room. - The carpet looks dirty as well as the bathroom. There were some stains on the door. - There was only one chair in the room, so if you're a couple staying here, one will be sitting on a bed. (The only chair in my room was not so good, you can feel the coils in it) Staff were so good and friendly. *If you're looking for a place to sleep for a day or two. This place will be good enough.

Awesome
Loved our stay here. Rooms were clean and had fridge and microwave which were a huge bonus. But the walk to Clifton was quite a walk for us to what we are used to. Definitely will stay here again

Enjoyed the layout of the hotel, the parking was very easy. Very close to amenities and within walking distance of Clifton Hill without being in the chaos of it all. The room layout was spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be returning!

The only issue I have is they should tell you when booking there is extra fee for parking.
