I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the messiest and most disappointing experience I've ever had. First off, the place wasn't clean at all—there was no vacuuming, and the smell throughout the hotel was unbearable. The customer service was also extremely rude and unhelpful.
One of the most frustrating things was their parking policy. Most hotels offer free parking, but this place tries to scam you. They told me that parking is free if you book in person, but if you book through Expedia, it costs $20. However, when I checked their website, it said parking was $15. To make matters worse, they still charged me $20 per night for parking, even though I booked through their website! Tv not working I ask them to come and fix it they didn’t come at all…!!!
Lastly, despite their "no smoking" policy in the hallways, there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere. It was really off-putting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's overpriced, poorly managed, and not at all what I expected
