I liked staying there. Only i think they should have provided toothpaste. Breakfast quality could be improved but was still good. I felt the room had a smell, but i can’t say that it was unclean. I would stay again with them.

The check in was fast and easy. Close to the falls. Quiet. There is one thing i observed Their towels are so Thin.. 😀 over all its a good place to stay when you visit Niagara!

Tv wasn't hooked up cable dangling . I do have pics . Dirt literally on bed . Black dirt on white sheets . Door all dented in like someone beat it with a baseball bat ? Paid way too much for the poor quality . Absolutely disgusting! Bathroom was gross not clean tub wasn't clean rust grime and putrid smell. Do they even clean ? I want a refund no one at desk to report to. Will tell everyone do not stay there!

Dirty outside, the towels next door were present on the floor for 2 days. The mold inside the bathroom on the ceiling and around the bathtub, the shower curtain has pink mold.

The lodge was a walk from the falls. The trash bins outside the registration was not managed properly and you could see garbage around the trash bin. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was too short and it just finished before 9 AM.

Very run down. Needs to be totally redone. Sink handle broken. Tiny hand towel sized bath towels. No face cloths. Though very run down, the room was clean. Staff were very nice. Great location to the Falls. Spend the extra and find another place to stay. This location could be a gold mine if it was torn down or refurbished.

The room was very clean, but it was very noisy. There were at least 2 parties going on until late into the night, and staff did nothing to contain the noise - which go through the thin walls quite easily. Location was good, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Parking was OK, but expensive.
