On one of the days of our stay there was water coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom. We were told it’s because the people above us had their shower curtain outside the tub. They seemed unfazed by this. And just said oh don’t worry. Will get someone to come clean. I don’t think that’s normal. Also the shower pressure was fantastic. But I believe the shower heads were installed for short people. Also at the exterior of the entrance there were 2 industrial size garbage bins, not very pleasant to have to look at. Other than that the stay was great. As we entered, immediately they upgraded our room to a larger room which we thought was nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. The location of this hotel was perfect. As we went there to see a couple of shows at the OLG stage. It’s literally next door. All said, we would stay there again.

Horrible night!

The room etc. was fine but the noise from rowdy guests on our floor kept us awake most of the night. Every half hour from 11pm until 6 am people would yell at each other and bang on their doors demanding to be let in. Their conversations in the hall were at full voice and went on forever. Management had no control.
