The hotel was good, but beware the parking. I was there mid week in January, low season, and it cost $70 a night to self-park on-sight, $100 for valet and $35 to park offsite at the lot across the road. It was very inconvenient parking and shocking amount on money relative to the cost of the hotel. Otherwise, hotel was fine, clean and quiet. I expected to pay for parking, but not this amount!

Had a wonderful stay here for one night. Everything was great until the hotel staff failed to salt the parking lot and I went for a slide and face planted into the pavement, one hotel staff was actually in the parking lot and took his sweet time coming over to see if I was alright, and didn’t seem to phased. But other than that it was lovely.

Amazing stay

It was a great stay. We highly recommend this hotel for future stays. It was very convenient having to get to the casino and the olg stage for shows. It was all in close proximity. We didnt even have to go outside. Everything was connected through the covered walkways. This made things much easier and accessible. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and very spacious. Everyone seemed friendly and informative. It was nice to have a view of the city. And have access to the gym, pool and hottub.There are restaurants and shops all connected and only a couple mins to walk to. Everything was at our fingertips. We look forward to coming back for another visit to the falls and stay at this hotel.

Horrible WIFI coverage, warm A/C.

1st floor rooms are like extra rooms for if they don’t have any to offer anymore. WIFI is horrible, as if they don’t care that the WIFI should still reach even rooms further from the reception area. The receptionist even said that even her has just one bar of wifi reception, as if we should just understand the situation. Room A/C is not going colder than it should. 65F is the coldest setting, but it feels warmer than that in the rooms. Bathrooms shampoo and conditioner is not even refilled. Good thing we bring some of our own for situations like this.
