Probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with at any hotel, inn, lodge or resort anywhere! So much for the children to do, and you don’t need to leave the property for nothing. Delicious food right on site, it’s a little pricy… but for the convenience I think it’s worth it. See you again in August, GWL!

We loved our stay, waterpark is amazing though if coming with little kids make sure to be extra careful, staff in small pool don't pay enough attention when kids slide down the waterslides. The room was perfect, rooms were not serviced even though e called several times to guest services. Overall very good stay!

Not much time to use the water park unless you arrive when it opens. I think that they like you to stay for two nights, but that was not in our budget. Not really aware of what rooms were available, so we could have squeezed it better. Kind of like Disney in Ontario, Canada. Very clean. Only 1 elevator, which is a bit of a pain. I must say that I do not like the green policy, that no help to navigate Great Wolf Lodge is on paper. Not everyone is phone savy and yes, in this day and age some people have cell phones, but not the internet. Kids enjoyed it. Probably will be back, but not for awhile.
