I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is convenient—close to everything I needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

The property is surrounded by traffic and a restaurant; however, good location to go to several places (beaches; niagara on the lake...). The facility is clean and the room too was clean with good space. Breakfast was included which is always a plus especially if you have small children.

My 12-year-old daughter and I really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The ample parking was easy to navigate. ALL of the staff (front desk, cleaners, kitchen) we met were very friendly and helpful. The overall decor was very tastefully done and the room was quite clean and comfortable. My daughter also pointed out that we could not hear the other guests in their rooms. We really enjoyed the included buffet breakfast - lots of options each morning, and that waffle-maker was a hit with the both of us. To the left of the hotel is a very walkable area with lots of food and shopping options. We loved it and would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again :).
