Overall this is a solid hotel to stay at. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It it located in the town of Niagara on the lake which is perfect if you are a tourist. Parking is easy and no extra charges. The room was comfortable overall. My only complaint is that when we arrived to our room we found hairs in the shower that clearly did not belong to us as well as some under the pillows.

Beautiful room! The shuttle to a restaurant was nice, but we had trouble contacting them for the return shuttle; blaming our poor phone service mostly, but the phone number provided went to voicemail several times. Luckily it was a short and safe walk back. The mattress was very firm; I should have asked for an extra blanket to use as a pillowtop.

The Harbour House hotel is fantastic! Firstly the staff couldn’t make you feel more welcome, and help in any way when it comes to restaurant recommendations, tips on where to visit and even directions for your next destination. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed super comfortable! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Niagara on the lake.

Very nice and small hotel. Staff was excellent!! Very good breakfast in the morning, nice wine and cheese at 4:00 pm. Great Dinning and Shopping within walking distance and a complimentary dinner shuttle is provided in the evening, perfect for inclement weather. The hotel was clean and in good condition. May need an update in the foreseeable future especially with some brighter lighting. I'm a little older and spoiled by bright LED lighting. Can't wait to return for another visit.
