We loved the location away from the busyness of the town center. Easy to walk to theatre or town and restaurants. Plus there was a shuttle. Breakfast was flavorful and plentiful. We were however surprised by the canine guests.

The property is centrally located and is in walking distance to shopping and dinning. The staff at the Inn were extremely attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this inn to any one visiting the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The breakfast is AMAZING!! and the staff is so friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We didn’t need to use the shuttle service, but it’s such a convenient option to have. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Having the shuttle service was so convenient and made going out for dinner very easy. Nice to have coffee available in the lobby in the morning and having breakfast included is great. The lobby is a bit tired but comfortable.

Very dissappointed on breakfast starting at 8:00 a.m. We had to leave before 8:00 both mornings so very disappointing. Also, 4:00- 5:00 wine tasting, same wine both days and when you don't like Chardonnay but want white, you were out of luck both days.

Wonderful place to stay! Nice rooms, comfortable beds. You are warmly welcomed and the breakfasts have great variety and friendly helpful people working there. Shuttles are offered and the drivers are very helpful and kind. Everyone is helpful providing information for resources in the area. Would definitely stay again!

The property is conveniently located to the lakeshore and all NOTL has to offer. This property has seen better days. Interior decor and furnishings are tired, worn and needs updating. Front of house staff could use a refresher on customer service. Housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and had mold, TV was like 15years old and not Smart TV so no streaming options. WIFI is extremely slow. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We ended up only eating breakfast on morning during our 3 day stay and opted for the Stagecoach restaurant instead. (Which was delicious and very welcoming) There are way better boutique options in NOTL area, that we would choose on our next trip. Choose wisely!

I brought my dog. The hotel provided a dog bed, dishes and treats for him This town is so walkable and the hotel was close to the town center The breakfast was good and the coffee was in the lobby by 530 am!!! This was so nice I will definitely return to this hotel
