Since I’m only 20 years old this is like my third hotel stay without family, but still one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel! The staff is very friendly and is always trying to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. I got there around 4 hours before check in and as long as your understanding and not we’ll am ass hole they will check you in if possible! Lovely staff and very friendly definitely worth the higher prices if your wanting a no hassle trip :)

Great hotel, not enough onsite parking. I tried to valet how everything was full. I needed to park about .5k. away...they did provide a shuttle....both ways so I guess it really wasn't much of an inconvenience. Stay was for one night and I have zero complaints about the hotel itself. Love the location. I will definitely be back.......I was there between Christmas and New years....I should have known that parking would be a nightmare! Lol

My hotel of choice when I visit Niagara about 4x/year. My only issue with this hotel is that their in room televisions do not have Netflix. Most other hotels have this capability, I would expect it from this chain

All staff were good- no complaints about them at all. Check-in took a long time- I tried to use my app but was forced to go to the front desk, and it took longer than I hoped. Car parking fees are way too high- $80 is ridiculous. The room was ok- but it felt a bit dated; there was a bloody fingerprint on our smoke detector. TV was slow to respond from the remote control, and the app to link to a phone did not work. It was really hard to find the in-room dining menu- no paper copy in the room that we could see, and no menu on website we could see, I tried the Hilton app (which was overall not useful), and eventually found it on the TV (which was frustrating to use)- and ultimately was a limited and expensive menu- we ordered delivery instead. The pool was nice, but the room was cold. I will look around at other hotels before returning to this one.

Your parking situation is horrible! When asked if there were any spots I was told all electric charging spots and regular parking spots were all taken … I then asked for valet service and suddenly he says parking spots are available and when we drove into the lot under ground there were 20-30 spots and close to 5 electric spots empty … what’s with the lies????
