I took my friend to your hotel for his birthday weekend and on our last night my friend went outside in the middle of the night to smoke and when he came back in a security guard stopped him and started yelling at him that he didn’t belong there. Front desk also was no help when he gave my name they told security to go to the room to wake me up to tell him he was with me. I have never in my life dealt with something like that he had his key card and we had been in and out all weekend. It would have been a great stay if this didn’t ruin our trip. Highly dissatisfied.

No conditioner in the washroom. Bottle completly empty. Had booked a premium room. Shower head is awful...seems llike a cheap amazon product. Very little water pressure. No hanger for towels outside of shower stall. Its onnthe door, so you have to exit the shower before you can get you towel...or leave it on the floor?

Very disappointed in how many kids were running around screaming in the lobby. Riding on the hand rails of the escalators. It went on for hours!! Pure madness !!! Also, would be nice to have better cable options.

Rooms need a refresh. Furniture has some dings although not too bad. The original room had air conditioning blowing regardless of the fact that I’d set it to heat. Front desk upgraded us to a suite with 2 seperate bedrooms, huge bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. It was fantastic despite the need for a refresh. A few dings on furniture isn’t a big deal. The restaurants are very expensive ($30 pp for a 2 egg breakfast) so we passed on that. Dinner would have cost double that amount for even the most basic meal, so we ate elsewhere. I’d stay there again for the convenience when seeing a show.
