This hotel was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy and quick check in. Pool was clean but over chlorinated. I wish breakfast was included otherwise everything was great and staff were friendly.

Large gaps along the bottoms of the room doors meant that noise from the hallway was easily heard. After speaking to the front desk, they explained the gap was necessary for the HVAC system to work properly. We used a few towels at the base of the door to cut the noise and it worked well. Everything else about our stay was great!

We were in line to check in with an 87-year-old who needed to use the restroom, and we were told to wait until check-in and use it in the room! It advertised that the EV chargers were available, but the charger was broken! We booked one room for four people with breakfast, but they gave us breakfast for only two of us.

Great location and very walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The only problem we had was with the sound that easily travelled from other rooms and the hallway to our room. It was as-if the walls were very thin and perhaps the gap underneath the main door.

One thing did bother me. When I went to have my shower the tub was very slippery and know mat was available. Hung on to the bar. Suggested on check out to possibly have a bath mat in the bathroom for people. Was told I could get on from the service person on the floor. I don't think I'm going to et out of the shower to ask for a bath mat. I mention this just so some senior like me doesn't fall and cause a problem. It seemed this was not a concern and was basically stuffed off. Otherwise I've stayed at that hotel when it had different names and enjoy the area. Sincerely Bob Miller

First room was decent but expected more when I booked online. TV wasn’t working and front desk didn’t seem too concerned until I called the third time and explained my disappointment. Service manager finally moved us to another room which was a nicer room with a fireplace. Put my wallet and phone on bedside table and it fell off the wall. I managed to reinstall it on hook system. When we mentioned it a checkout, front desk didn’t seem too concerned. It just missed my foot. Disappointed over all for what I paid. I expected more from a brand name hotel like this.
