Hotel is walkable distance to a lot of things including the casino and other places as well. Check in was nice and smooth and the hotel room was very clean as well. I will definitely be staying here again next time i’m in Niagara Falls.

Location is ideal - walk to the Falls, Fallsview Casino, OLG Stage, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Excellent pizza onsite at Coco’s Terrace Steakhouse. Free, convenient parking. Room is basic - small tv, limited tv stations, smaller washroom, mattress wasn’t ideal; but it was quiet, comfortable and carpet-less.

Nice comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent pool and jacuzzi. The hotel restaurant is really nice and upscale. Hotel is showing its age and its also easy to hear activity in next door room. Id stay here again.

Other vacancies included loud people and banging. I came to realize that the banging was coming from the cleaning staff. Everything is concrete walls, so the banging echos that much louder. Also check out isn’t until 12noon, why are the cleaning crews trying to get into my room when it’s hours before check out. Once at 9:30 then two more time after that. Luckily I had my towel on or that person was absolutely going to invade my privacy. Do better.
