Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent. We loved having a balcony to check the outside weather, and a kitchen sink and counter outside the bathroom. Location was convenient to the falls. Overall a very classy experience. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn't a great value. There were four of us, but our prepaid price only included the four adults and not our teen. That was an unexpected cost. Overall, though, I highly recommend this hotel for a family visiting Niagara Falls.

The staff were wonderful. The rooms and gym and pool were perfect. The restaurant Cocos staff were wonderful our host Malden was very friendly and wonderful he made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed, he was also very helpful with letting us know the things to do and were to go for our trips and places to visit We stayed from August 18th to August 21st, 2025. The nights were chilly so bring sweaters and jackets

Extremely disappointed. I got a balcony room for 400 dollars and it was next to an elevator and next the exit door. Worst part was the balcony wasn’t a real balcony it was on the first floor and wasn’t enclosed like the definition of a balcony and It was also next to the dumpsters. I was shocked and disappointed after spending 400 for that.
