The location of our room was right beside the exit doors and the elevators. We were woken up several times throughout the night due to people being loud. The fridge was not functioning properly as was the heater ( extremely loud). Housekeeping woke us up 2 and a half hours before checkout. Room was clean, front desk staff were amazing.

Holiday Inn By The Falls Beckons us!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was amazing being so close to the falls and the 2 casinos. We walked everywhere! The staff at the front desk were very personable and helpful and the cleaning staff were friendly and super obliging. The best part was being able to have a room on the main floor because I don't take elevators and a lot of hotels don't let you access their stairs only in emergencies. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely. We did use the pool and it was very clean, as were the hot tub and the sauna. We will definitely be back to Holiday Inn By The Falls, can't wait!!!

Nice Stay

Overall good stay for the money. Rooms were clean but mattresses could be renewed as they were very soft. Walking distance to the falls and attractions which was great.

A nice hotel with friendly staff but I could hear all of my neighbor's conversation even though they were not being loud. And the elevators were downright frightening at times. They always bounced to some degree when they came to a stop; a condition that worsened as the number of passengers increased.
