The hotel is perfectly situated for a walkable trip and if you don’t want to walk much, the WEGO stop is right outside the hotel! The WEGO is a bonus, hop on and off bus. The hotel rooms are nice and big and comfortable beds. Granted it does need a Reno for decor but it definitely didn’t hinder our experience. The pool is fabulous and well taken care of. Karey at the front desk was so helpful and super friendly. Definitely an asset to the hotel. We will definitely be staying there again.

Lovely staff, very nice pool inside and heated outside. Soft towels, coffee & water heater, but There were empty bathroom supplies little bottles conditioner, lotion. No daily housekeeping,this might affect some. Limited handicapped parking, but lots around the hotel and restaurant. A pleasant stay.

We arrived at midnight after a very long drive. The lobby has a very strong unpleasant odor. The staff was friendly and checked us in. We got to the room ready to shower and sleep but upon entering it smelled like sweaty underwear and it was very hot. We turned the a/c on and within a few hours it was cool and the smell was not as noticeable. The centralized location of the hotel was one of the reasons I chose it. We stayed for 3 nights and were able to experience everything I wanted to at the Falls. It’s super close to Clifton Hill and plenty of restaurants and attractions. A short walk gives breathtaking views of the falls. We went in the pool and hot tub while we were there. They were both well maintained and clean. The pool was a bit cold, but they did have the heater on and it was trying its best. The hot tub was the perfect temperature.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the popular tourist spots and casinos. Parking however left much to be desired as they share their lot with Denny's next door and is completely full during peak hours. You'd be lucky to get a spot, even though they charge for it. Hotel looks a bit dated and could use a remodel.
