Their check-in time of 4:00 pm was far too late for me in the condition I was in, so I had to stay in a different hotel and my $103 was wasted. They refused to allow me any earlier check-in. They don’t give a damn about a suffering 73 year old man. They are a disgrace to the hotel industry.
