We liked that the motel was exceptionally well kept staff and management went out of their way to make sure that we got everything that we needed also loved the fact that we could sit out on the balcony to watch the people and traffic

Very clean rooms. Convenient to walk to falls - about ten minute walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outlets were sparse in room. Couldn't charge phone by bed. Outlet was near bathroom counter.

This place is great for families! I went with my fiance and our 10 year old son for his birthday and we had a blast playing in the pool! It is also close enough to walk to many of the iconic places, maybe limit that to 10 as it was a little much for our son. We still had a blast!

Perfect hotel for your Niagara Falls trip!
A fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel! Close to everything. We never had to use our car! Great restaurants nearby, and the man who checked us in was so thorough in explaining everything!

Very convenient to all attractions in Niagara. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel was fairly clean considering the age of the property. It is in great need of an update. There is a mold/ mildew smell that is most likely due to the carpet and the past leaks in the ceiling.

The housekeeper never comes to clean the room. When I checked they asked me to pay $15.00 plus $200.00 for deposit he said. I checked my credit card and it was not reimbursed yet.Breakfast was not included in the service.
