Desk clerk was friendly and quick. We used the pre-arrival check in option and all we had to do was present my ID and he handed me the e-keys. Great system! Hotel is close to American Falls and the tour boat parking area. Recommend this hotel!

Manager charged fees for an extra guest after our stay. Did not mention in cost up front the previous day. Room smelled terrible, and AC barely worked. Not worth even 50 bucks for a night let alone 150.

Very nice but your not staying in a prepaid room

Really good value for money. Took a $250 deposite on a 1 night prepaid room that was $150. Not cool really.

The price was reasonable and we were just 10 minutes via highway to Niagara Falls venues. We appreciated the breakfast but ran out of jelly and had no selections of tea. It seemed like the hotel was tired and worned. Have stayed in other Microtels and always found them highly satisfying so disappointed this one was not. The vanity cabinet in our bathroom was damaged, no place to hang towels, no coffee or tea in the room, & carpet in hallways & in room were close to needing replacement.
