This hotel is just perfect and our stay was so pleasant that we will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Niagara falls. Staff is so nice, the silo restaurant is so conveniently located right in front of the hotel. We loved the walk by the river and how many other dinning options are there within minutes of the hotel. Not to mention how happy our little pooch was with his walks and the quietness of the rooms. I should mention that you do hear all the steps from the floor above, so if your dog is not used to this, dont stay here.other than that, everything was perfect!

Two night stay. No room cleaning in between or towel service. We had to get towels at front desk. The light bulb was broken in a lamp by the bed and the phone did not work as we tried calling the front desk. Went to get towels and reported the phone and lamp and was told to wiggle wire on the phone and to bring the bulb down and they would get one for us to replace it. I am not your handyman. Advice: Get a top floor or you will hear every step the guests make above you. You will also hear the floor joists creek and the guests talking. No microwave in the room but there is a mini fridge. The rooms are large in size and the mattress was just ok. The shower was fine but small. The bathroom had no fan but keep the door ajar to let the steam out. The morning breakfast was a nice surprise and had more than enough choices. You pay for the location which is outstanding. Take a walk up the hill on Center Street. Many quaint little shops and delicious restaurants. We also enjoyed a concert at Art Park which is a fantastic venue. Crossed the border too to have an afternoon in Niagara on the Lake. Attended the Peach Festival and craft fair. Location Location Location

I reached out to the manager that has sent multiple emails back and fourth leading up to make sure my wedding weekend went great. Ran into issues on stay with mold being in multiple rooms and she never returned my calls or emails.

This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve ever had. I was caught off guard by a “destination fee.” Maybe it was mentioned somewhere when booking through a third-party site, but I’ve never encountered one before, so it didn’t start things off well. I called earlier in the day to ask about early check-in, but nothing was mentioned about needing to be on a list. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, and I was told the only available room was for someone on a list. Had I known that was even an option, I would’ve asked to be added. Instead, I had to get ready for a wedding in my car — not exactly the start I’d hoped for. The worst part was my room key. It never worked. I had to go to the front desk every single time I needed to get in, even after they replaced it multiple times — as late as 10:30 PM — and it still didn’t work. Eventually, I gave up and kept my door propped open with a garbage can just to avoid going back and forth. This made us late to the wedding’s after-party. The front desk staff were kind and tried to help, but the hotel’s systems and building are badly in need of updates. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was a standout — unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.

Rooms are huge and shower is also large and nice. The bed was fine. I slept well. Great area a few minutes walk from the water. Great restaurant, Griffin, right there. The problem is there are a lot of places with chipped paint or bumps and dents on your way to the room. I think almost every doorway was like that. But for one night it was fine and the setting cannot be beat.
