Even though the booking said View in the name, and the property distinguishes other rooms as City View, our room had a beautiful view of a parking lot. The staff were very unaccommodating and blamed the issue on Expedia. We had to pay extra to get the Falls View. Be wary

Resturant on site very slow and food was not good for the price we paid. Staff very friendly at the hotel and very helpful. Parking is kind of cicus. Left after we checked in and returned at 8 pm almost impossible to get a parking spot were we paid 45 dollars threw the hotel to park at .

The reason why I gave 2 stars is that. Our room is not that clean, curtains are dirty, lock on the balcony sliding door is not that sturdy, and if someone would force open it, they can. Parking has a fee of $45CAD which I think is ridiculous. We went to Toronto with our kids and came back 10pm and don’t even have parking spot. So, my husband ask this one gentleman from Valet parking where can we park since the parking lot is full and he said that we could park our car at the Valet parking since it’s our last night staying there.
