We could constantly hear laundry or garbage going down a shute. We thought the neighbors were loud. There was an odor everytime we cane back to our room. The breakfast included was awesome. Great selection and staff were very friendly and helpful

My partner and I booked a room for two with a king bed. They gave us this, but with an adjoining room separated by a door. As you could imagine, you could hear everything happening in the adjoining room. I found it very inappropriate that strangers could hear everything we were saying; it was also ridiculously noisy and a complete lack of privacy. Told the front desk this and they changed our room thankfully. But why book it like this in the first place??

Our staying in comfort hotel was very good overall. The room was extremely clean except from the towels that were dirty and overused. Pool was small but ok and the breakfast was very decent for the price. Overall we will probably go again but bring our own towels!

We stayed here for a couple nights. The first night we were surprised to find out during showering that there were no more shampoo and conditioner in the containers...and the bath towels were the small ones. The worst was there was a towel has some kind of green jell in it! The restroom also has no fan so after shower, the whole room got steamed up. The water in the pool looks murky, so we didn't even let the kids play there. Good thing is that the room overall is clean. The breakfast is excellent!

Our first time at the hotel. Staff was on point and gave us great customer service! Our hotel room looked as it did online.. comfort of beds were ok but clean! Until you actually have time to look around of the cleanliness, we noticed Lots of black hairs on the floor, tub and counters. All complimentary bathroom toiletries were not refreshed or had any at all. There was no cleanex left either in the box. The pool floors could of been kept up of its cleaning. Ample amounts of hair, rust marks and dirt prints from outdoor shoes throughout. Online it says heated pool. Its not! Barely!!! Be prepared to be cool. Many people were very cold and came out. At least the temperature in the pool room was warm. Breakfast though I have to say, was not bad. Go earlier to get a seat and less traffic. Parking..ugh! You pay $20 a nite. They had an overflow one evening. We and Many others couldn't park our vehicles in the parking lot that we paid for. Had to park on the next street over beside hotel. There were at least10-12 parking spots that could of been available.. but, there are a lot of idiots that feel its okay to over lap spots or because you have a bigger vehicle, that you can take 3 spots?? This hotel has great potential of being pretty good. Just have to keep up with the cleaning and parking.. .
