Employees trying very hard to run the hotel. This property is in dire need of renovations. Rooms are not always cleaned to hotel standards. Rooms are also poorly insulated. Breakfast includes Spongebob eggs and potato rocks with frozen bagels that must be toasted several times. All in all, you get what you pay for!

We stayed in the lodge area. Both of us woke up itchy in the night. Checked our beds to find bed bugs. Immediately called front desk to move to another room. Was told there were no rooms available. Asked for refund to get a new place to stay. Was told pur room was non-refundable. So we said "we cant sleep in this room because there a bed bugs, you dont have another room for us, and you wonr give us back our money so we can go somewhere else" was she expecting us to sleep in those beds with knowledge of bed bugs there? So after we stated all the obvious, she then says to come to front desk for a new room. A room.which she said she "didnt have". The second room was inside the buildinh, much cleaner. Breakfast was good. Overall i would never stay here again. The lodge side was in terroble condition. Holes in the walls, the bolt on the door was missing, bright green painters tape holding the lamp up. All of that i could look past but the bed bugs?! Amd even worse how non chalant the front desk was about it. We didnt even recieve an apology!

Staff was friendly and polite. The room is dirty, flilty the bathroom is very dirty and the tiles was extremely dirty and the shower curtain too. The bathroom smells like pee. The furnitures in the room old and outdated. The bedspread torned. Carpet wasnt bad but needs cleaning. The room smells musky. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Visted November 14 to 17. Breakfast was ok. Parking is free.

Comfy hotel at an amazing price!
Older hotel at an unbeatable price. It’s a bit run down but you get what you pay for. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, and I got a room with a huge screen TV! There’s free breakfast too, and it’s delicious. =) There’s ample free parking, which is a big bonus because a lot of hotels and even motels charge for parking. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel/motel. This is my second time staying here and it’s as comfortable as I remember it, not to mention the amazing price I got! If you just need a place to sleep and relax, this is the best choice.

I had a truly awful experience at Niagara Falls Lodge and suites at 7720 Lundy’s Lane Niagara Falls Ontario. I booked this place with high hopes, but when I arrived, it was completely different from the photos on the booking site. The actual condition of the place was shocking. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and worst of all, it smelled strongly of urine-something I didn't expect or want to deal with on my stay. The management was also incredibly unaccommodating (Dinesh). When I voiced my concerns and asked for assistance, they were dismissive and unwilling to help or offer any compensation. Despite having paid upfront, I didn't feel comfortable or safe staying there, so l left without staying the night coz I might have nightmare if I spent the night there. This experience was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I advise looking elsewhere for accomodation.
