Super breakfast included and also parking been free of charges. Iit's a nice hotel and the bus to go in town (falls) is directly in front which make thing easier. Super nice welcoming staff ans indication are clear. Everything worked as supposed in the room. Will def return ;)

We were a family of 7 visiting for 3 days and 2 nighst and interested in staying in close proximity to Niagara Falls as well as to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. We had, booked way in advance for 2 rooms and were hoping to be placed beside each other, but it was ok. We had some issues with one of the rooms (had a musty smell and a wall that looked like it was punched in) and so we requested for a room change. The staff was understanding and polite towards our request. In regards to the decor, the rooms do need to be revamped however, we found the rooms to be at least comfortable and clean. There's free parking, and breakfast is provided daily which was convienient when you are a large group like we were. Overall, good location and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls! It was very nice to have cooked eggs and sausages for breakfast. The staff was pleasant enough, but looked overworked and distracted. The facilities are shabby and definitely need updating. My grandson said the pool looked dirty.

The property might not have been dirty but needs a lot of updating. There were so many rooms but the dining area is small - not enough seats for the guests. You can’t bring the food into the room or you’ll get fined for it. For the same price I paid, I can get a much better accommodation just 1 hour from Niagara.

I spent 1 night there with my family it was a very bad decision, 200$ is very expensive for this stay. pillows very smelly floor very sticky and dirty I couldn’t sleep well because of the conditions of the room, the coach in there looks like 2 centuries old. Of course I didn’t even think of sitting on it!

There were bugs inside the room. when we went to them to change our room they didn’t change for us. We showed them the pictures of bugs as we clicked multiple pictures. We did not stay there so at night time we have to go back to Brampton. Worst thing happend in my life.

Average Family Stay!

It's an average motel. Booked it last minute. People at reception were helpful and changed the room on our request which had strong smell and graffiti. The new room also had strong smell but was better and was inside the building. Rooms have A/C, not the hallways. Breakfast was nice and fresh. If you're not too picky, you can spend a night here. Plus point is it's economical and parking is included in the price.

Family room!

We booked the family room! We have 3 teenagers and it's hard to find somewhere that fits us all. Hotel was great, staff were wonderful and prices were great!!!

They provide a free breakfast which is always a nice touch. Room had a cooktop and full size fridge and sink which might be good for a longer stay or if you like to cook. TV wasn/t hooked up but it was late when I arrived so I didn't ask to have it fixed.

The place smelled very old, bad…The walls were in a bad condition, damaged…The shower was full of mold…The neighboors were very noisy and disturbent…We also found multiple cockroaches in the room…I regret my experience…

Very dirty

The very dirty room, the terrible cigarette smell, the bathrooms too. When we left we got home with all our things with the smell of cigarettes and my son woke up sick.
