They charged me an additional $50 to park in their private parking and reassured me that it was safe. My car got broken into overnight during my stay and the hotel is doing nothing about it. It was a terrible experience!

Very spacious king room with jetted tub and river view. Good price. Short walk to the casino, Table Rock, Falls. We could see the 8pm fireworks (5min). The parking fee is an outrageous $50, NOT valet, for outdoor parking, but at least it’s on property. No option to park further and catch a shuttle in for cheaper like some other hotels nearby. Friendly check-in. Older decor. Comfortable bed. Gym is very small and directly in front of sidewalk.

Check in was smooth. Beds looked like they had been slept in - wrinkled sheets, poorly made but very comfortable. Hallway rugs are drab and dated.but view was wonderful of the falls as they had upgraded us to a suite. Overall a pleasant stay.

the view of both falls was great. I stayed on 11th floor, I could see both fall, but if possible, the higher floor will give you a better view without the tree's intervention.
