For two nights there was loud banging in the vent system outside our window. I didn’t sleep for more than 2 hours those nights. The room was clean, but very spartan. No bathrobes, only 2 towels and for coffee only available in the lobby. My son had a horrible headache, and there wasn’t any aspirin even offered. To check in we had to wait for and hour, while the conceirage took hand outs for some people to cut the line. I was disappointed for the cost.

Got our reservation moved to the Hilton without any notification. Also my husband is in a wheelchair and the move was very difficult! Wish I could get a refund for the uncomfortable and inconvenience that was caused to my weekend .

The view was amazing! Oddy upgraded our room as my original king bed fallsview was unavailable at time of check-in. The upgrade to the 17th floor was breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
