We were moved to the Hilton due to plumbing problems. When we arrived we were told we needed to park off site in a lot down the road and shuttle in. It took 40 minutes of standing in a slow moving line at the Hilton at 7pm. We eere exhasted and just wanted to check in. I was also not aware of the $45 parking fee.

The hotel was full of Manitoba Fire Evacuees. Was far from a good experience as they took over the whole hotel. Actually all of Niagara Falls. Government paid vacation for thousands.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. I had booked and paid specifically for a Falls view room, but upon arrival, my reservation was unexpectedly shifted to the Hilton without my consent. Not only was I not informed properly, but when I checked in at Hilton, I did not receive the Falls view room I had paid for. The most frustrating part is that the hotel staff did not take any responsibility or offer real help to resolve the issue. I ended up paying for a premium experience but did not receive what I was promised. This was supposed to be a special trip, and the lack of professionalism and customer service completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend booking here, as there’s no guarantee you’ll actually get the room and view you paid for.
