View was great and everything within walking distance. I thought $50.00 parking fee was for the stay but its for each day. Be carful. Niagara fees are very high but did have a nice stay. Lots to do and see

The stay was not as expected
From the beginning the hotel experience was not so good. The confirmation email has been delivered with a delay and the hotel has charged a resort fee as well as the parking fee of $45 per day. Housekeeping services are not on schedule every day, and he pool was dirty.

The location and views are what this hotel has going for it. The room was a bit run down and the AC unit was really lousy and the room got too hot at night. The indoor pool and hot tub is a nice amenity but the hot tub jets did not work, so it was just a hot bath tub. The housekeeping should really wear hair nets as we found long black hairs everywhere they were for sure not ours.

Great view of the falls. Parking is extra, but it was so convenient. You will pay for parking everywhere by the falls, so it was wort it because of the location. Staff was very friendly.

We have stayed here before and in a few other hotels in Niagara. This is our favourite. Location is excellent. Hotel is clean , rooms are spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good bye Niagara and see you again soon Definitely would recommend The Oaks 👍

When I first checked I found the bed size is not the King size I booked and the room has a noise from below AC machine. I talked with the front desk and she insisted the bed size is correct I finally convinced her to sent in someone to check. Eventualy room is changed with the correct sized bed and I was happy with it.

Our stay was good but the room was expensive even going through hotels.com, they offered an upgrade but i had to pay an extra 60.00 and parking was 50.00 for one night....crazy expensive, so all in with everything including all the ridiculous taxes...it was 501.00 for a basic 2 queen beds with a fallsview.

We stayed at the 9th floor. The view is awesome and the room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. But there was no water in the room and no shower gel. For the price i would still recommend this place
