the room was clean, and the breakfast was certainly acceptable, but the thermostat was set to the coldest and we were roasting in there. We slept with the patio door open. Hallways were very narrow. This was a lower quality hotel than I had hoped for, but there were no disasters. I will warn, the "parking lot" did not appear that it could hold one car for every room (or even close). but we did get a parking spot.

This hotel had a great breakfast included, free parking and was in walking distance of Niagara Falls. The room was very clean, quite modern and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

I stayed one night with my family of 4. The location of the hotel was great! It’s a 5 minute walk to the falls and our balcony faced the falls. The room met our basic needs. The hotel personnel who checked us in was not friendly or warm but got the job done. The hotel itself is very dated and is in need of renovations. There are 2 buildings. The main building is has the reception and 4 floors in a typical vertical, apartment-style building. There is also another building with 2 floors with horizontal, motel-style rooms. The rooms are smaller, the balcony door did not lock, the laminate floors showed water damage, and the air conditioner unit filter needed to be changed- the room smelled like vinegar. There was an indoor pool and it looked like it was in pretty good condition.

The property is conveniently located in sight of the falls. It is about a 3 minute walk down to the falls. I had a nice view of Niagara Falls, the New York skyline, Skylon Tower and the Casino from my balcony. There are fireworks over the falls for many moths out of the year and I had a great view from my balcony. There are multiple places to eat surrounding the property and an excellent food court in the Casino next door. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff are excellent. The breakfast is very much appreciated and very good. My entire family LOVES the waffels.
