Our room had an amazing view of the falls and was bright and inviting. The air conditioner could not keep up even at the lowest setting. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagged toward the middle. The shower was nice.

Good location, convenient to go about other attaractions, Breakfast was good, otherwise we got what we paid for. Rooms below are dated, but beds were clean and washrooms were clean. Floors are hardwood which needs to be mopped. Otherwise not bad.

Had to change my room because the loud music from the restaurant next store was too loud. Glass sinks that were clearly dirty and gross the way the water flowed over a glass dish. The sink had a very slow drain making it difficult to wash up. Car lights flashing in the windows, back up noises from vehicles in the very early morning. Old worn bed sheets. Never again!

The location is awesome. The room was fair. The tv was melted on one side and wires hanging down. The drain in the tub was slow and filled up while showering. The air conditioner squeaked and when we shut it off the room smelled really damp. The hallways smelled like it was mopped with dirty water. All the doors in every unit on our floor were sticky and made a loud noise when opening. Not many slammed shut which was good. No CAA discount on the weekend. Bed sheets could have been nicer and pillows sucked. Now if we paid 400 bucks a night I would have made a big deal. So with that being said I suppose the hotel was a fair deal. As I said..great location..walking distance to everything and a secure place to crash.

Found the hotel run down and not attractive for the price. Front desk staff was very unfriendly. When presenting my service dog papers was met with "How do i know this is not fake." Need to retrain staff on service dog procedures. Would be hesitant to return based on the above experience.

Clean but hard to sleep .
The first night was absolutely horrendous for sleeping , we (myself and one child ) got four hours of sleep due to people above us slamming and storming around until 3 am and then again at 8 am. It ruined half our trip because we only stayed 2 days on a family trip before school. Had to nap until 2 pm just to fix our sleep, wasted our day . The rooms are clean as far as I can see , so that’s not the problem . They did switch us to a different room the second night and most of the staff are very nice . But hearing people stomping and banging around , if you wanna sleep the walls and building is way too thin.

I really liked the Lady taking care of the morning breakfast. She was sooo friendly & efficient. Also, the blond desk girl was very kind. It would have been nice to have more than 1 grab bar in bath/shower. Also, a better selection of tv channels. HBO?

My first room was terrible, walking into the room you had a strong smell of humidity and found mold in the bathroom and chair ripped. The bed was very comfortable and clean though and the beautiful lady called Bridgett was always smiling and helpful. They did change me for another room witch was very nice, but the hotel needs a lot of LOVE!!!!!

Our room was like the penthouse. The view of the falls was absolutely incredible. The fireplace and chandelier. How romantic. Front desk young lady was so accommodating. My only complaint would off been the internet. Breakfast was great and nicely laid out. This was my 3rd stay at this property, for the above reasons I keep coming back. Thank you.

Dirty room, my son has a rash after swimming in the pool. AC under the ceiling and turn it on It was very difficult. parking is not on the hotel grounds so I had to go get my car every time I wanted to go somewhere. I paid a lot money for this!! One good thing it’s good location.
