Of all the hotels I stayed in, Quality Inn Fallsview was among the worst. My room had a very unpleasant odor. The flooring, which thankfully was not carpet, was pealing from water damage. The wallpaper was old, and the bathroom vanity was missing tiles. The thinly padded mattress and the thin fabric covering it were thrift store quality. The free breakfast was pallet to palette food. I did have positive experiences. On my fifth day, was lucky to have a housekeeper that knew how to clean a room. Aside from the person who assigned me the smelly, outdated room, staff were always available and pleasant. I requested a room with a view. Since I arrived on a Tuesday and the hotel was not full, I had high hopes. The view from my room was of a noisy parking lot in need of a date with a pressure washer. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. It was a sore spot of a beautiful vacation.

It is a convenient place to stay, really close to the falls. Walking 5-15 minutes to the main attractions and bus stops. The breakfast is worth for what you pay. I couldn't try the jacuzzi and pool, but it looks comfy.

The hallways and elevators reeked of vinegar the entire time I was there. The housekeeping was terrible. The bathroom in particular was so clogged that it wouldn't drain. They ignored the resort fee I paid in advance to Expedia and charged me separately.

The man at the front desk was not too friendly when we arrived to check in. I have no problem with persons with disabilities having a position in customer service, however when are not friendly, I feel they should find something else that they are better suits them. Also, I felt like I slept on a slant all night in my bed and the breakfast was not as good as it used to be. Lastly, we could hear people shouting and laughing outside our room at 2:30 a.m. So, I usually give a better rating, I’m afraid things are starting to slack at this popular stay for us. P.S. The cleaning staff were lovely and very helpful.

On arrival I noted all external windows were dirty. The property looks tired. The restroom close to Reception was dirty. Our room was quite clean but in need of a refurb - the aircon was noisy, the furnishings were dated, the wall-mounted tv hung at a slant, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling.
