The view from our balcony was very beautiful. The room was clean, good and spacious. The only negative comment I can say was that you have to pay extra for their parking. In which we find so ridiculous because we already paid the room. The parking should be complimentary for the guests.

The room was clean and well appointed, and it offered a sliver of a view of Niagara Falls. The bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly, but there is not a dedicated space to walk your pup. Parking on site was quite expensive. The gift shop never appeared to be open any time we passed it.

Great location and staff was excellent. Room was clean with a good view. Only complaint was the noise of air conditioning and hearing neighbors come and go. Otherwise it was a good hotel to stay at.

I stayed in 604 and as soon we walked in 605 had a dog and barking and making noise. i told the receptionist at the time said they will call the 605 room. but it did not help and whole night the dog was making noise. i told this in the morning during checkout and they did not do anything about it. worst experience so far.

Overall I found the stay very nice, young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful, the 2 double bed room is wht we picked for the view, and wow not disappointed. A little more upgrade in the tv viewing, shower diverter needs to b looked at, half bath half shower..not a big deal just fyi. Nice stay.

The property is not bad for it's price. Recently renovated washrooms and shower. Parking is offsite about 5 mins walk if you can get the one that's right outside the lobby. Some of the the pictures with the views are different and not the same as shown

I booked a river view room but the room given to me was a city view room. I asked the front desk and was told that it’s all the same regardless if you book a river view or city view room. So I said it’s a clickbait then bad he apologized. I was too tired so I didn’t really had the energy to argue but will never book with this hotel again.
