Nice desk staff but the hotel is tired. Many spots where wallpaper is ripped. Bathroom fixtures are showing wear and tear. There was a large hole in the carpet in the seating area with a chair over it to cover it. Parking is available on the property for 1/4 the price of the room. Overall okay but mind your expectations.

I didn't like the parking at all. We had to park around the corner and it was 45.00 extra which was outrageous. I was extremely upset. Just terrible. However the staff the room and the view was amazing

One of the best hotel rooms ever
I cannot describe how amazing the view was of the waterfall. As I sit here at work, I wish I was in the hotel right now. The location is amazing in Niagara Falls.

From my room I could see the waterfall but I could also see the hotel's garbage dump across the street, sometimes with too much trash and dirt. I know it's a bit difficult to control, but it's unpleasant.
