There are hidden fees just make sure you really read the fine print before you book. Also I thought it was silly to have to pay for parking! The room are clean though.

No thank you, not coming back.
For a hotel that’s a small step up from a Motel 6, it’s ridiculous to charge for parking when the hotel is on a strip located far from the Falls. The “resort fee” is also obscene for WiFi and not much more. It’s not a resort! The key card didn’t work most of the time and we had to go back to the front desk numerous times and we noticed other people complaining about their key cards.

Upon checking through online i have seen a beautiful photos that are posted. Coming in…. Outside the hotel looking so good, bright and open. Then They put us in the rooms we’re feeling so suffocating and feels like ur in a dungeon…. Hallways are dark. carpets are looking so dirty. The rooms i stayed in was old and needed improvements…!!!! It was dusty and got bed bug bites. I have family that came over and was not happy for our stayed.!!!! IT was a disappointment and Definitely not recommended.

The check in was so smooth and easy we were able to do a pre check in online, the stay was good attentive staff, only issue we had was checking out they tryed to charge us twice but thinknit was due to confusion of i payed with my debit not credit card other then that was good.

Staff was great , bed was comfortable, the room wasn't the cleanest, but not horrible. Wouldn't stay here again though...not the best layout as far as navigating the hotel is concerned and sound really travels in this hotel when you have noisy neighbours and barking dogs, as it's a pet friendly hotel.

We will never stay at Ramada Whydams again. I am handicaped the staff did there best but I was put in a room that 1/could not get further from the front entrance . 2 had to use my scooter instead of just my cane.3/TV was of little use as could not get any worth while channels to watch. Over all was very dissapointed in our stay.
