The room service was not up to to the mark. We ordered room service and they mentioned no room service charge at the time of order. They slapped us with a hefty room charge. Not acceptable.

A quick and enjoyable visit

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfortable bed with not bad view of niagara falls. We liked that pool/hot tub area had a time for adults only. One of the hot tubs was a bit dirty. Sauna and steam rooms are not part of hotel, but can only be accessed by spa patrons.

At check in they told me I didn't have a reservation after I even showed them my confirmation number from hotels.com. fought back and forth for 25 min till they realized my last name was spelling Incorrect. The pillowcases in the room had hair on them and the carpets looked dated

Do better, the Casino/Hotel was OVERRATED!!

The cleanliness of the hotel was atrocious. We asked for cleaning service the morning after arriving as the room was really quite dusty. We checked in really late the night before. Following morning, Bed sheets were changed and every single piece of linen was stained with something. We asked for the sheets to be changed again and were told there is only cleaning once every 3 nights and since I asked for them to come that was my one clean. No one came to change “just the linen” as promised and we had excursions planned. We weren’t going to wait around all day for the cleaning service. Not to mention all the other furniture was stained with some type of food or drink residue and was sticky. Glad I brought Clorox wipes with me so I could clean up a lil bit myself. We even heard someone in the lobby complaining of roaches. I’ve been learning my lesson with hotels now. For the price per night, and it’s rating, I expected better.

The proximity to the Falls is really awesome. The Casino houses several great restaurants and a SPA. It's a great spot for a getaway.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very nice. Not far to walk across the bridge to Canada. The casino has some food choices not much other in the area. Gas station with Dunkin’ Donuts across the street. The hotel room is very nice and roomy
