- Location was convenient. - Food for room service was great. - Close to a Starbucks but other coffee options in hotel. - Easily walkable to the falls. - Our view of the falls was amazing, and they had fireworks every night. - I would give 5 stars, but you had to call to get your room cleaned and our hallway did have a cigarette smell to it. Overall we were extremely happy with the venue.

The hotel is very nice we really enjoyed the hot tub! When you walk in hotel though there is an overwhelming smell of cigarettes that is terrible. The room we stayed in during the night all we heard were the elevators go up & down, sounded like an airplane taking off! We asked the staff about things around the area and they weren’t helpful at all. The water in the shower our last night barely had any pressure and the hot water wouldn’t come on.

I stayed at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. For a place that markets itself as a resort, I expected much better hospitality and service. Definitely not the kind of experience I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
