Great stay, the free beer tasting was lovely. Wonderful short walk to the falls. Very clean and helpful staff. Acoustics in the lobby sucks for the hard of hearing for checking in.

Everything in Niagara falls seem like a scam they take pictures from other room and make it seem.like your getting somthing your not food in the entire buolding was terrible and over priced room.was small and smelt bad was advised as a balcony room it was a just a door to a railing . Veiw was good but had better for much cheaper area is convenient though not much walking for rides or the falls. Also asked for anything to be in the room for my wifes and they said order uber eats . So i wont be returning. Also firework show is not private at all its 100 people that have no reservation runing to the the pool so we paid 100 to wait to not see anything them get very cheap sparkling wine was not worth it at all.

We loved the views and the convenience. July is a hot month and if we needed a break, the hotel was easy to get back to, even if it was in the middle of the day. We also felt like we could still enjoy the view being inside.

We had a wonderful stay. The reception in the Lobby was so great. After checking out, about 2 hours later, we noticed that we had left a belonging in our room. After a brief hold, they had retrieved the item and it was available for us to pick up. How awesome was that?
