Terrible Stay Overall

Our stay was absolutely horrible. Not only was the hotel completely overcrowded causing lines anywhere and everywhere you went but we had to call the front desk twice due to the travelers in the room next to us banging on walls and having multiple people in their room partying all through the night. This kept our entire family awake until at-least 3am and we have small children. It was absurd. when we finally found the pool on the 14th floor it was so overcrowded we did not even get to use it as we intended to which upset our children. I understand this is a high tourist area and expected some level of busyness but our stay at this hotel was just bad, all we were was a number and dollar signs zero hospitality was provided.

I thought it was a little ridiculous that they didn’t automatically service the room daily. We called down at 4pm after a day at the waterpark to find wet towels on floor and room not made up. Apparently housekeeping “needs to be requested”. We saw no signage or communication indicating this. At the price point of almost $500 per night and a 2 night stay… one would think that housekeeping was a given. It’s not a motel. Elevator logistics to waterpark and other areas were a nightmare. Don’t even think about trying to get from point A to B in less than 25 mins during peak check in and check out hours. The line up for an elevator was crazy. It was faster to go down 12 flights of stairs. Poor layout. We won’t be back.

The experience was average and fell short of my expectations. The fire alarm incident was particularly frustrating—having to scramble with my 4- and 2-year-old children to the second floor, only to be told to return to our rooms while they resolved the issue, was far from ideal due to the lack of clear communication. Additionally, the buffet restaurant was another letdown. The limited food options, coupled with the poor quality of the few choices available, made for a disappointing dining experience.

It’s great hotel in great place but little expensive. My booking supposed to cost 677 but billed 877. 90 HST was for parking but I didn’t understood the delta.
