1st time here with my family (family of 4 [2boys- 13 & 9] ) Everything was at walkable distance. We did so much from our stay Thursday-Sunday Stay. Food was ok a little pricey, but a mom of 2 boys that constantly eats i had to improvice thanks goodness for doordash. My boys had a blast at the outdoor pool. Drinks at the pool are great. Fire pit area was awesome. 10pm fireworks amazing view from the balcony.

Staff are useless. I called multiple times about our AC not working and they said “units can’t keep up with the heat” Checking in and out is a nightmare- huge wait w minimal staff. Elevators are impossible to get- they’re always full to the max. For the price you may, the service and amenities aren’t worth it.

Our stay was great! Amro our concierge was amazing and super helpful. Top of the line customer service. Highly recommend dealing with him. The only thing that we were disappointed by was the rooftop fireworks package. Big cashgrab!! The charcuterie was embarrassing and we could of watched the fireworks for free, 8ft back from where we were sitting

I booked through Expedia. The costs on Expedia covered the hotel stay and not the other 20 charges for parking 104.00 to park 2 nights and resort fees and other fees. They also charged me an extra occupation even thought the room is for only 4 people which I had booked for. What I thought I was paying and what I actually had to pay was over 300 dollars more in the end. Also, when I arrived, my reservation was cancelled because I didn't pay the deposit fee of 1000 dollars, on Expedia it offers pay now or at the hotel, I chose the hotel. I have done this before and never have I been asked to pay the deposit before arriving. This was not clear when purchasing on Expedia One last thing, for the price I paid, I was disgusted to see that the bed cover for the mattress was stained. I took a photo because I slept on that. Anyways this will be my last time booking at the Sheraton and Expedia.

The staff are very nice, the location is very convenient. We feel very relax during the time in the hotel. The only thing i think to be improved is the breakfast buffet, which we pay 110 dollars for two each day, but I don't think it was worth, and they need to charge extra for kids too.

Our room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom by the check in was FILTHY. They should have someone cleaning it at all time. It is important to add that the bathroom was not solely the hotel and was also opened to the general public.
