The location is very convenient—you can walk straight into the water park from inside the hotel. Guests also get access to the park one hour earlier than the general public, which the kids absolutely loved.

Staff was prompt to fix the toilet and television. Carpets in the hotel could be replaced. Court yard had a move for families. Walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill. Amazing price. Off site park was $5 over night. On site was $23. Very safe area! Overall price and location was a winner.

Overall it was an okay stay.. For such a popular hotel, it seems a bit outdated. Definitely in need of upgrades and renovations. The courtyard movie was nice. Fallsview indoor Waterpark wasn't as impressive as i had anticipated. But it was still a fun time.
