The room was clean, jacuzzi was clean. The fan was broken in the bathroom and the one lock on the door was broken. A small light above the sink would have been nice but not earth shattering. The hotel and restaurant staff were accommodating, awesome, and courteous. Unfortunately the salon/spa staff were no help and rude. They couldn’t even be bothered to come to the door to talk which was frustrating because I had forgotten my hair products and wanted to buy some and I understand being fully booked it was the weekend but not even bothering to come to the door while standing at their desk drinking their coffee staring at me was rude. I would stay again but I wouldn’t bother even trying to book with the spa.

Lovely old building with tons of character (stone walls, floors, inset windows) with modern renovation. Room was huge with king size bed and pullout couch. Spacious washroom with marble top counters. Coffee, sink, microwave. A great one night stay!
