Having a small kitchen in the loft room was very nice but was missing a few essentials like oven mitts, toaster, kettle. But very nice unique layout to the room

The lady who checked me in was very friendly, and proactively welcomed me. She quickly complied with my request for decaf coffee pods for the Keurig in the room. The room was very spacious. Although it seemed to be soundproofed, I could still hear the noise from a ballroom hall rental on the same second floor. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor.

Enjoyed the Italian Restaurant, Johnny Rocco’s, right on the main level. Cuisine very tasty and reasonably priced. The room’s large feature rock wall created a cool vintage ambiance. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot tub and shower both worked well as did the AC in 35 C outside. Bed was comfy. Only one small negative: our coffee machine did not work. But Tim’s was close so NP! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Charming and lovely hotel!

We only spent one night here but we would definitely stay here again. Our room was lovely, with exposed stone walls and very comfortable. In addition, the entire room was clean and spacious. The hotel rep that checked us in was friendly, courteous and completed check-in quickly. We went for drinks in the attached restaurant and again, our server was extremely pleasant and friendly. The area around the hotel is convenient and we were able to walk to local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Niagara area and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely property. The room was impeccable with comfortable bed, and very quiet. One nice feature is that there is a freezer of ice on the 3rd floor (vs ice machines). The checkout was a bit odd, though as there was no-one at the front desk at 10:45 (11:00 checkout) and the person at the office behind was rather offhand. Perhaps their informal style. But all in all a great option for a visit to NOTL (25 minutes away). I would go back.

Incredible value in a boutique hotel

This is a great place to stay! Its an amazing conversion and renovation of a heritage property. Very large and clean room. It is also very quiet and great for sleeping. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a large boutique so it has advantages.

The property itself was totally great. Clean, friendly staff, great service. The neighborhood-omg! While the hotel may be a boutique style, the neighborhood is a run down nightmare. Be aware that it is not a walking type destination with adorable shops and places for coffee. It’s more like laundromats and homeless folks in the adjacent neighborhoods. Nice hotel, god awful location.
