We enjoyed everything about this location expect the check in experience with the receptionist we encountered. We had questions regarding our bill as we are from the U.S and she seemed to have very low patience when asked to just explain it. So our check in started off on the wrong foot. This in no way reflects the building or amenities. Just sadly reflects the person behind the desk. I hope she has a better day so she can perform her customer service

Excellent Boutique Hotel
Beautiful , comfortable hotel. We loved our stay! This will be my go to place to stay when going to Niagara Region!. Restraurant Johnny Roccos is delicious and Niagara Outlets 5 mins away. Niagara falls 15 mins away. It really is a Gem!

Good and comfortable stay
We had a comfortable stay at stone mills. Bed is a bit softer than we like, but all very clean and tidy. Front desk staff is there to help check in, and out. Location is excellent with restaurant and shops around. Front desk staff can use more hospitality and smile on their face.

The only comment i have is with the signage out front. The hotel is beautiful but the signage downgrades it and makes it look like a cheap motel. Other than that, so beautiful.
