I chose it for convenience, which it was that, but we were not in the main hotel but in the rear motel like part which there was no description of any such difference. The room itself seemed fairly clean but in disrepair (tile work damaged and not an inviting shower). The non cancelable factor didn’t help my positivity when I really had no choice in my mind but to stay or lose money. I felt because it was reasonably clean I it was just ok. The pool was closed but not the hotels fault. apparently someone went swimming in their clothes and caused them to need to clean the pool, that does show they are trying to maintain cleanliness

Excellent stay at Falls Hotel and will be back...
Room assigned 607 was good as per my request over looking and with a side view of the fall and big Wheel. Perfect location for fireworks view....my 3rd stay in 2024 and will be back. The only small request I will like to make is to improve your pillows...it really needs an upgrade in room 607 as they are very small. I stayed in Room 707 in July but Pillows were OK. TV also need to be upgraded in 607....too small compared to 707. Just a few minor improvements but overall...great Hotel with excellent location.

I love that it was close to everything! The rooms were nice and clean and honestly the only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the whirlpool bath didn't work. But clean and convenient!!!

The staff at the hotel were amazing and made check in and out a breeze!! We were steps away from everything which was awesome. The balcony was just so great and we were able to watch the fireworks from there just as stated in the booking! We really enjoyed this hotel and will be booking back there the next time we got to Niagara falls!

Room was too basic, air conditioning was extremely noisy & didn’t cool enough. Heating was on in summer conditions, service personnel did adjust once notified. Telephone did not work & room size was tiny. Staff were very helpful when requested.

Needs some updating. I got a family suite. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. The shower curtain was bent. The pictures of the hotel showed outside access from the hotel, but those are motels connected to the property. The pool was also off limits that weekeed. Which was unfortunate. I was hoping for a discount since it wasnt available..everything else was fine
