Nice, classic style hotel. Not a ton of extras — the bar is only open for very limited hours — but the hot breakfast was good and the Skyview Lounge is a nice observation area. Secure, gated self-parking is a plus.

Rooms were extremely cold

I'll start with the positive the star was very friendly and attentive. The decor in the hotel was amazing every corner was decorated. The hotel was in walking distance to the Casino, and Niagara Falls if it weren't so cold. Speaking of temperature Our room was extremely cold. I called to the front desk and they turned the heat on. I also paid extra for the fireplace but the heat could only be felt when you're sitting directly in front of the fire place. The lobby smelled great but once I got to the floor that our room was on it smelled like dirty mop water.

We loved the look of the Giacomo so we decided to stay the night. The rooms were spacious and well done, we had a fireplace in ours. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, high ceilings and the lounge downstairs has a great atmosphere, we were really happy staying in this boutique hotel. Price was also reasonable. We will stay again if we are in Niagara Falls, NY.

Such a beautiful building! The room was clean and gorgeous! Having a corner room with all of the windows really made the room feel like home! Our room did not have the 2 robes in our bathroom, we asked the front desk and the lady said they were all out/dirty. The breakfast was a plus! Great variety of hot food! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was so wonderful! Our room was spacious, gorgeous, and so comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and warm. The sky lounge and lobby lounges are beautiful and comfortable as well. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. Niagara Falls is walking distance also walking distance to the casino. It was very quiet. However I was just there on 8 March. I would definitely recommend this hotel next time when I come visit Niagara Falls. I’ll probably stay here again

The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Check in was done quickly. The ambience and decor was a beautifully done Art deco style. Very clean. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.. Breakfast was typical continental Also, free parking available next to the hotel. Was a great location to visit Niagara Falls. I definitely recommend
