I really liked the cleanliness of the room and it was super cute! We were not told there was a security guard that roams at night, so we did get scared that someone was standing in the parking lot.

Rooom is clean and modern. There’s AC but it was still a little humid in the room. Complimentary yoga on Sunday was a nice touch. The 24 hour concierge was great service. I forgot my toothpaste and they helped me find some. Location is great and quiet. Would stay here again.

The hotel manager Matthew and staffs are super friendly and helpful. The manager was well communicated with me, and he even let us check in two hours before for our convenience. A very clean and comfortable room, more than I expected. The little cafe is nice, outside and inside of it provides relaxing atmosphere. I guess that’s why I missed the pastry and coffee there. A location is perfect for our stay. Wet Jet Boat and The Old Town are nearby. Will pick The Kent again on next visit for sure!

Niagara on the Lake Shaw Festival

Very nice little motel in a very quiet location near the Niagara River. Costs for a night is really expensive but I queso that is normal for the time of year and location near Niagara Falls area.

While the room we had was clean, there were many inconveniences at the Kent motel. In the room, the small bar was encouraged over having the regular coffee room service. In order to have a coffee in the morning, one must go to a cafeteria of sorts and use a code. My code didn’t work, and neither did it work for others staying there. This meant that I stood in the garbage room until I gave up. The 24 hour concierge did not work and the girl in the lounge was surprisingly rude. I won’t return.

Wonderful stay

Very nice hotel! It’s in a beautiful area and convenient as well. 15 min to Niagara on the lake to the north and 10 min to the falls south. We stayed in a suit which was very pretty, bathroom was large, had an espresso machine, fridge with wine, beer and sparkling water for a fee. We also enjoyed the lounge, food was delicious! Outdoor patio is very nice as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend
