Great location close to the Incline Railway. The parking lot is a big far, but they have a very nice shuttle that takes you too and from the parking lot. All the staff was very helpful and nice. Great views and very clean. Would stay here again.

Lobby staff were friendly, room was very clean and view was amazing. Parking was $35 a night for shuttle parking, expensive but it seemed to be the same pricing for all hotels in the area. Would have given it 5 if they had cleaned the room everyday, I don’t think you should be expected to contact them to clean your room. That should be a given.

I appreciated the observatory floor which had an amazing view of the falls and I could access at any time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only challenge was the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable.

For years I would go to one hotel in Niagara until I decided to switch things up and stay at the Tower Hotel. I was a bit apprehensive but boy did I have a wonderful time. Mohammed was so friendly and accommodating when we were checking in. We were even offered a free upgrade to the penthouse which took our experience to the next level! The view was unlike any I had ever experienced in my many years coming to Niagara. The windows in the room were huge allowing us to view both the American and Canadian sides of the falls. We couldn't believe just how spectacular the room was. It was clean and cozy modern trims. Is it the biggest hotel room I have stayed in? No but it's a great size for a party of two. Plus we will sacrifice room size any day for those awesome falls view. Even though it was the holiday weekend and the hotel was very quiet which was great. No slamming doors or loud noises which added a bit of class to the experience. Parking is just a bit down from the hotel but there are shuttles that take you to and fro so no wording about walking long distances. It was $35 a night off-site opposed to $70 if you parked at the hotel. My advice, get the off-site parking with the free shuttle ride lol. Overall, we LOVED our stay. This is definitely going to be our Go-to hotel going forward! Thank you again Mohammed 😊
