I rarely leave a review but this place deserves a review. This is a quaint, relaxing spot that is an easy drive to the Falls and also away from the hustle of the Niagara “strip.” It’s also across the street from a park transportation drop off which is convenient as well. The room is fantastic - in layout, comfort, and cleanliness. Parking lot is also well-lit and staff was superb.

The building itself is beautiful. The area it’s in, is not built up enough. It’s a 30 minute walk to Clifton Hill, which I did not realize upon booking. The hotel Itself is brand new. Amazing. Great functional extended room…for 3 adults and 2 kids. It has a kitchenette with lots of features. There’s a very clean pool and gym too. The bbq was not ready to be used.. which is our only complaint but otherwise it was great. Alexander, the front desk concierge was fantastic. He was so friendly and kind. We felt instantly comfortable. All good! We are happy customers!

We recently spent a couple nights at the Townplace suites in Niagara Falls. A beautiful clean suite. So nice to have the regular size fridge, sink, stove top, dishes etc… It was a very comfortable stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. They always took the time to say hello with a smile. The front desk staff were amazing. So pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexander P. of the front desk. He always had a greeting and a smile on his face. Alexander was so helpful with the tourist sites to see. He also gave us great advice on how to travel easily throughout the city. Alexander always asked about our daily excursions. We definitely would recommend staying there.

This is a brand new hotel. Our room had a small but clean and well equipt kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we slept well. The staff were very nice and really wanted to help any way they could. The free breakfast buffet was a nice surprise because they had some hot dishes like eggs, sausage, and waffles, not only continental style. The only minor complaint is that the buffet area was rather small so it got pretty crowded at times. The hotels is only about a 5-7 minute drive to the falls. Parking was $14 per night. I highly recommend this hotel and will return when we are back in Niagara Falls.
