Location was great! Rooms were clean and spacious. Elevators were slow, ended up walking up the stairs after check in, because the lineup was so big and elevators were small.

We like the walking distance to the attractions. We like the riverside view The breakfast was okay (food wasn't hot), no ice machine on the 10th floor. (minor) Other than that it was great for the price we paid for.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. A few issues I had: you have to pay 10/day for a microwave in your room. Every hotel ive ever been too automatically has that included, its an overly busy hotel your waiting forever for the elevator, you have to go to the basement for the pool yet walk up 5-6 stairs once you get to the basement in order to access the pool. The pool is not accessible to those that have a hard time with stairs, there parking was sold out and they charge 15 dollars a day to park at there extra lot which is a street away, meanwhile theres a parking lot alot closer for only 5 dollars a day. It was alot to manage with a 7 month old thats for sure. I did enjoy how close the hotel was to clifton hill.

Good hotel, nice rooms. However, elevator needs a major upgrade. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes for the elevator almost everytime when we used it.
