Repeat customers for a good reason

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Everything is clean and proper. I forgot my toothbrush and called down to see if they had any for sale before i went down. They insisted in delivering them (2!) to my room. Great service! Pool and hottub. 👍the people in charged checked the level very often. They made sure (lady parts are safe) when female staff came in and checked the PH levels. I never seen so much care in pool and hottub for safety and hygiene in any hotel. We saw there faces often. Down side. Hottube was very hot and 10 min. And we were good to sit out for a bit. Only downside is parking. Over flow lot is a few blocks away but very manageable. Price for location plus hotel experience all worth the $ .

The hotel is conveniently located to a number of venues and restaurants. I didn't like that parking at the hotel was an additional $25. Also there was not "Continental breakfast" offered. I guess because its in Niagara Falls, all amenities are extra.
