We stayed 3 nights. Did not receive any room cleaning or resupplies of coffee packets or towels. Had to request coffee packets each day at front desk. The hallway to our room had small bags of trash beside several doors so others were having the same problem. Price and location was good, but we'll go for higher price hotel next time.

Poor condition hotel

The hotel is in very poor condition, a bit dirty and the stuff at check in were rude. We arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check in and they refused to check us in. The bathroom and tub were dirty, the tub did not drain properly. It’s loud, you could hear people outside your room. The only good thing was the location, however there are many hotels nearby that looked much better.

Staff was incredible, but facility was run down. Mildew in bathtubs, frothy pool, broken furniture, broken window with packaging tape over it, and bare wires hanging from the AC/heater. I was incredibly disappointed

We did sponge baths because the bathroom was disgusting. The vending machine was $4 for water, but didn't give change so it was $5. There was one soap for the bathroom. There should be an option to upload a picture. The bathroom in 305 needs grouting and remove the stains. There were pubic hairs on the ground. Totally disgusting. People get up early and ar 630 you would think there would be at least coffee in the lobby.
