Overall the hotel was fairly good. My issue is with the bathroom which wasn't cleaned properly. I found hair, etc, around the sink pipe. Also, I understand the breakfast is complimentary, but at least have a few more options for people who don't eat pork,egg or apple.

Loved the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately. They say it’s 2 blocks to the state park but it’s on the complete opposite end of the waterfalls etc. it was a very long walk. Pool was perfect. Buffet breakfast wasn’t the greatest - pancakes. Sausage and eggs

overall we would stay again - all doors could use some work as none of are level and upon check in they tell you to lift on doors in order to open - a little sanding on top could fix this easily on all interior doors....

Staff were very helpful, especially the lady from LA. Hotel was apparently fully booked and there were some shortages of breakfast foods. The room appeared dated but was clean and bed was comfy the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Walls are thin . Overall, I may stay there again if back to the Falls.

Nice property overall. The hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which was not advertised on the listing and is paid separately at check in. I understand parking is a premium in Niagara Falls, but why parking is not included in your stay in their own private lot is beyond me.

While the over-all experience was good, the entry to the room became an issue just few hours after the check-in. The room door wouldn't open easily. The light turns green when the card as swiped. Called the front-desk and they send Mr. Edy to check who was nice and professional. And, since then it was troublesome going back to the front-desk to get into the room. The issue to seems to be known one to every staff but all their solution was to 'lift the handle up' if the light turns green but the lock doesn't open. This doesn't make sense, and I do not understand how they expect the guests to come down again to inform about the lock issue and go up. I saw other guests have similar issues, may be less frequently.

The property is good and maintained well. It is 10 mins walk from the Niagra Falls State Park which makes it a good choice if you want to visit the park multiple times during your trip. Breakfast was good and had multiple options as well. They didnt give me early check-in so i had to wait for almost 3pm (which is what the actual checkin time is) but it they have a waiting lounge.
