Fabulous location, especially for the theatre if that's part of your visit. Neighbourhood great for walking around, lots of restaurants. So easy to check in. The suite itself was perfect, very spacious, comfy and clean. The owner was very quick to answer the one question I had re parking. I would definitely stay there again. Kelly

The Suites on King is a great location for walking old town of NOTL. We enjoyed the area's offerings of restaurants, shops and the Lake park. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a delightful balcony for relaxing and people watching. We enjoyed the Irish Harp pub next door with its nightly events and friendly staff. We did music trivia on Tuesday night and watched a band on Thursday night. It was a nice end to our daily excursions around town. Wineries are a short drive away and having on site parking made it easy to leave and come back. I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the NOTL area. I could tell the hosts put much thought into making the room welcoming and pleasant.

Love this place!

We visited the place for the weekend of Easter. This is our second time staying at the same place and we could not find anything bad to say about it. It is perfectly situated and a walking distance from wonderful food and shops. It is almost a homely stay with everything provided for. The beds are absolutely comfortable and the room which we had had a balcony overlooking the street and you could sit outside and have tea or coffee. It's such a lovely place. This is our go-to place from now on whenever we visit Niagara on the lake. Loved it!

Excellent place to stay.

(Lillibet Room) A gorgeous room located in spot central to food and shopping. Room was very clean, the bed spacious along with a full kitchen. Lots of extra touches including snacks. Easy to understand private parking and access instructions. The bar next door had its tent full but with the doors and windows shut we couldn't hear a thing. Couldn't use the balcony due to weather but it is still a great spot. Will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in Niagara-On-The-Lake.

2nd stay in the Kate Room.

2nd time we have booked the Kate Room. The location is great for shopping or strolling. Check In/out is easy. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciate water in the fridge and lots of coffee and tea. Bathroom amenities are very luxurious. We forgot our toothbrushes and were pleased to find a couple with toothpaste. The food at the Irish pub next door is delicious. Next time we’re back will book same room.

Kitchen was well equipped but missing a non metal stirring device like a spatula which has resulted in the non-stick pans being all scratched up. Otherwise it was obviously well decorated and cared for. Great location everything was within an easy walk.

Everything about this suit was GREAT!!!! All the little extras like coffee, chocolates, travel shampoos/body washes/conditioners, slippers. The suit was very clean and tastefully decorated; very cozy. Neighbourhood was safe and so many shops and restaurants and bakeries. Parking was right out back, so easy access. We loved the place.
